We had several meals while staying at the Hyatt and couldn't fault any of them

Brunch on Sunday was wonderful. The food was great, the music and entertainment was excellent as well. As always the service at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad is impeccable.

The Chef's Table menu was a feast for all senses of which the Chef should be very proud. It was on trend, edgy, inventive and dazzlingly delicious. The entire meal was a photographic dream as the presentation was flawless, creative and colourful.

The gluten free dessert was one that I will be dreaming about for a long time, a wonderful combination of flavours , the grilled fruit and perfectly browned Sabayon along with the crunch of the meringue was a delightful marriage of sweetness. It blasts other gluten free dessert attempts out of the water.

I had the Breakfast Buffet, Lunch, and Dinner several times at this hotel. The brunch has many choices including made to order omelets. The lunch menu has many great choices including a nice salad buffet. Dinner has exquisite cuisine and one of the highlights for me is the fresh made Nan bread. Once you are seated, they prepare the Nan to bring to your table. Amazing! It is a higher end dining experience, but it is worth it. The staff attend to your every need and are friendly and understand how to cater to an upscale clientele.
