When making arrangements for a group of over 40 people for the carnival season, it's hard to please all the masses. But from the very beginning when we started with making the reservations to the Bellhop opening our doors EVERY SINGLE TIME to the last check out I have to say HATS OFF to team. The customer service has improved greatly since our last stay a few years ago and it was very noticeable. My check in didn't go very smoothly but the rest of the group were able to check in without any issues. Housekeeping was one of my issues from my previous stay but this time around they were there usually before 10am every morning. And I have to give the restaurant staff (especially the breakfast crew) a special acknowledgement! I miss my eggs and carrot juice every morning. :). The only down side would be the front desk wasn't always fully staffed, so if there is a line, you might have to wait 10-20 minutes. Hilton thank you for making us feel home away from home. Looking forward to staying there again next year.More
