The island's history was very complicated, many people wanted it conquer and the struggle for independence was hard. All this the visitors can discover in this wonderful museum!

This museum is located on the Fort King George site. It's a small building with a lot of information about who lived on the island and where the city names come from. I think my whole visit took about 30 minutes and of course there was no one else there. Entry is only 20 TT$, but it's not a shame if you don't visit this. It's nicer to enjoy the view over the island.

The museum is nested in the scene heights of Fort King George in the Scarborough. One of the best viewing points within the town. The walls are constructed with old yellow, red and dark bricks which gives the building a rustic look. The display artifacts are well organized and labeled with their locations found in Tobago. The staff have a account of the historic pieces stored within the museum.
