I spent a week at Grace Bay and have to say that ii is the best beach I have been to. If you are looking for crystal clear, turquoise water then this is the place! The sand is like white powder, can't wait to return!

I love that you can walk forever on this beach and there is an incredible amount of body confidence! Every shape size and age- it didn't matter what anybody looked like they all seem to have a smile...on their faces too.

One of the prettiest most deserted beach we have ever been to. We are staying in the Leeward area at the end of Leeward highway on Governor Road. The public access we went to was called Sunset Beach and there was literally 10 other people within eyesight. You could walk maybe 500 feet in either direction and not have anyone around you. The water was baby blue crystal clear - so clear that we found 6 conch shells within the first 10 minutes of looking for shells. Stayed about 3 hours -- if you stay at the Atrium Resort you can use the chairs and umbrellas they bring down. We only needed a few cold ones, two towels, the sun, and the water to have a great time.

This beach is certainly much more crowded down near the main resorts but if you are staying down there just expect a few more people around - certainly no reason to not enjoy it. If you don't like crowds just take a little walk towards the point, there was a ton of sand with no one in earshot for enjoyment.

Amazing beach, sand, water. Leward side is more secluded. Didn't make it to Turtle Cove which should be nice too. Middle of Grace Bay beach might get too crowded for some.
