I was spending my vacation in Provo, and this was my accommodation - I was surprised and I was glad to have it. It was exactly as announced, good location. I got all teh support I needed. Just please be aware - you really need a car to move form hotel. Now reception just got a new sign which helps to navigate . iplan to come back next year.

The Carib Club Condos was perfect for us. We wanted to experience the island on our own, so we rented a car and travelled around to all the amazing beaches. We stayed for 7 nights and extended an additional 2, due to flight cancellations (stranded in paradise). Although the condo is not located on the beach you are only a 2 minute drive (or 15 min walk) to Long Bay Beach and only a 5 minute drive to the beaches at Grace Bay, and our favorite beach was Sunset in Leeward. Who needs a pool when you have all these amazing beaches? The condo has a full kitchen so we were able to pick up groceries at IGA and cook some of our own meals. We were upgraded to a one bedroom which was decorated very nicely...simple but beautiful. The bed was very comfortable...great sleep. The suite was very clean and Carlisa was available if we needed anything. All the rooms overlook the Provo Golf Course, so even though you don't have the beach to look at you have a great view, lots of birds and it's nice and quiet. Lots of stars at night. Carlisa was very helpful at our check in and was able to give us directions and recommendations to "must see" places. A big thank you goes out to Beryn the manager, who was able to put us up for a couple of extra nights at a great price when our flight was cancelled. Highly...highly...highly recommend. We'll be back.

Don't plan on staying here if you are looking for a resort with alot of ammenities. The condo (not really a hotel) is off the Leeway Highway about 1 1/2 miles from the ferry. The units are large with full kitchens overlooking the golf course but really have nothing else except bike rentals for $10.00 per day. The staff is very limited and only around during the day. The slider on our 2nd floor balcony did not lock so I had to rig up some boards to prevent it from being opened. We di not mind the stay and the price was right but do not expect mucl else.

We chose the Carib Club for our first of two stays in Provo (with a 4 day trip to Grand Turk in between) because it was cheap and we didn't plan on being in the condo too much. Our first visit would be to do all the excursions and see the island. Since it was one of the cheaper places on the island to stay, we didn't expect much going there. It's a little out of the way, so a rental car is definitely needed. We did get an upgrade from a home suite to a 1 bedroom, since the manager thought for some reason we had requested a room with more space for a crib. We have no kids, so they must have thought we were someone else. The room was average, was furnished nicely, decent appliances, or so we thought. The fridge didn't work too well. Even with the the fridge maxed out, it never froze the ice tray, and didn't keep very cold. Milk rotted after only a few days in there. On the plus side, it was clean, is fairly new, and is quiet. It looked like there were only a few rooms that were occupied while we stayed.
If you want to save money, it's an alright place, but don't expect a lot

We booked with Hotels.com for a 2 week stay at Carib Club based on what we saw on the Internet along with a video that was posted. As it was a newer apartment/hotel, we thought it would be well appointed and very safe with security.

They requested a credit card number and we gave it to them for payment and on the 12th of December, 2011, we saw that full payment had been made. Our dates for this location were for Dec. 15-31. Upon arrival we were quite disappointed with the units and the furnishings and the lack of security on the premises. Carib Club is set fairly far back from Leeward Highway, which is one of the main routes on Provo. We immediately advised Lavard, who appeared to be the only person on the premises that we would not be staying and gave our cell number to her and asked to have Mr. Duncanson, the owner/operator get in touch with us. You are unable to make a 1-800 call from a cell phone to any North American number so we were unable to contact Hotels.com.
Within a couple of days, we were able to send an email to them advising that we had not stayed there and gave the reasons. We returned to Carib Club a number of times hoping to make contact with Mr. Duncanson as he had not contacted us by phone In addition, we attempted to make contact by email to no avail.

Upon arriving back in Canada we contacted Hotel.com and to date have been in touch with them at least a dozen or more times to try and get some resolution as we are looking for a refund. We have also tried to contact Mr. Duncanson from here in Canada by email as well as long distance and no success. Hotels.com have told me that they are unable to reach this apartment-hotel. I can only believe that this place has closed down or Mr. Duncanson is anything but reputable and knows he has not acted professionaly in his business operation.

I definitely would not recommend this place as a property for a vacation.

My husband and I, along with our 5 month old daughter recently stayed in the penthouse of the Carib Club Condos.
The 2 bed penthouse apartment was beautifully decorated in a contemporary style and had all the mod cons you could need. We arrived at night so our priority was to get some sleep. In the morning we awoke to the most beautiful sunrise over the golf course and we even saw some flamingos flying over the lake, which was amazing.
The Carib Club condos are very centrally located on Provo. Grace Bay Beach is a mere 4 or 5 minute drive away and it’s just a few minutes’ drive to all the main restaurants and supermarkets so it is very convenient and represents great value for money. Beryn was a great host, friendly and always willing to help by giving us tips on which where the great beaches and snorkelling spots! We would highly recommend staying there!

We stayed at the Carib Condos for a week last month and it was great! The owner Beryn and the receptionist Maria were so helpful. Beryn was able to get us a room booked just two days before we flew in and the rates were really good! If you rent through them they also offer car rentals from $30 a day which is the cheapest on the island!
Everything went very smoothly. He met us at the airport where we were taken straight to the car rental place, picked up our car and then we were taken to the condo! He checked us in and gave us some islands tips and ideas for activities. We also got a free upgrade to a one bedroom condo from the studio villas because they were still painting so we were very pleased with that! The condo was a large one bedroom, very nice and clean inside. Very good deal for the money even without the free upgrade the rates are great, especially compared to other places on the island since TCI is very expensive. The rooms have large balconies that overlook a pond were flamingos fly in a couple times a day and you can watch them. They even have a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with basic supplies. We made breakfast there everyday to save some money on food and it was fun and convenient. The best part for me was being a 2 minute drive from Long Bay Beach, my favorite beach on the islands! It is actually the best beach I have ever been to and I travel a lot. Warm shallow crystal clear water with conch shells everywhere and no one else was ever on it but us! So if you go during the low season like we did you might also get this and many other beaches to yourself.
Overall fantastic experience! These condos are very quite and relaxing, a great place for a vacation. I should mention though that these are condo and villa vacation rentals not hotels. So you don't get the daily room service although they do turn down and have a cleaning lady every other week and can hire a maid when asked. I personally liked the condo setting much better with the space, kitchen and washer and dryer but if you like the hotel room scene you might want something else. There is no beach or restaurant right on the property either but that did not bother us at all and like I said there is a gorgeous beach 2 minutes away and a pond with flamingos to look at and plenty of restaurants close by. Also, since electricity is very expensive on the islands of TCI they do charge $10 a day for electricity if you go over a certain voltage amount, which if you are not from a warm climate and can't stand your home being 80 degrees you will probably go over it like we did because of the A/C. Plan to have $10 a day extra in case you do go over on it. Even if you do though it is still a great deal especially with the cheap car rental! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great deal in Turks and Caicos and who wants a quite relaxing stress free vacation:)
