Stayed at the top end 7th floor suite in the italian village. The family suite. The butler service was amazing. They arranged everything from spa treatments to dinner on the beach and transportation we needed. They got us a cabana at the pool.

The room was huge and beautiful. The walk in shower was amazing. We ate breakfast in our room on the balcony overlooking the beach.

The pools and beaches at the resort are great. The restaurants, especially the sushi restaurant was awesome.

This is expensive but well worth it. I do highly recommend this all inclusive resort.

My husband and I came to Beaches for our Honeymoon, but realizing what a family friendly place this was and for many, might not have been the best place to cultivate romance. We did advise them that it was our honeymoon ahead of time (they require you to send in your marriage license) but we didn't get any special goodies (like many others do) when we arrived, which was a little disappointing--but it didn't bother us too much once we made our way to the beautiful beach!!!

We went in October a few years ago (it wouldn't actually let me put the year).. which was more of an "off season" and the resort may have been at like 50% capacity. The new Key West addition was not here yet. We stayed in the French Village, which is the furthest away from the beach, but we didn't mind the beautiful walk everyday. It was a little annoying if we forgot things in our room, but not terrible. We at the little french cafe right next to us and we frequented it a few times a day.

Pickup at the airport was easy & check in was painless. There aren't alot of dining options in the middle of the afternoon (when we arrived) and were were starving so we had to settle for the burger joint by the waterpark. It sufficed. We enjoyed our time there very much! Beach is absolutely screensaver gorgeous and there are so many free water activities. We also did pay for a parasailing trip and it was a once in a lifetime experience. They do allow locals on the beach and they do try to sell you things, but if you appear busy they don't really bother you, or just tell them NO very sternly they should leave you alone for the duration of your stay.

We actually purchased the photos that were taken on the beach. We could pick and choose the ones that we liked and had those put on a disc. Our photographers were really great. We even booked a sunset session and the pictures turned out great. Worth the money IMO

We got massages at the spa and they were good. Food at the sit down restaurants were probably the best, but the buffet locations weren't terrible. I thought that the food was actually pretty good. When you go to a place and nothing is edible, then you have a problem. Entertainment was pretty decent but the resort was really quiet past 10PM (as we are a young couple in our 20s). We spent a few nights hanging out at the nightclub, but it probably only had 50-60 people in it the nights we went, but we enjoyed meeting other people. They heard you out early like cattle when it's your day to depart. That would probably be the only downfall.

The resort is very clean, and there is a good selection of places to eat. Surprisingly, the more upscale restaurants were not as good as one would expect. The sushi was excellent, though.

We stayed in the French Village, which was more quiet than the Italian or Caribbean Villages. Walking to the other areas was not bad.

One thing they should improve upon is their recycling. It seemed like lots of water bottles were thrown in the trash. I'm not a big environmentalist, but this bothered even me. They need a better sustainability program, if one even exists.

Paid $2500+ per night for 2 BR oceanview Italian "villa" with kids suite and butler service. I just expected more for that price. Room was much like a westin suite and the villa really just means you have 2 adjoining rooms within a large, 6 story building. You almost pay double for the butler service and as nice as he was I can't say it was worth it. It was mostly lip service but did reserve chairs by pool, a cabana once, quick seating at the restaurants, left snacks in room for kids.
But again, not worth it for butler service price.
Most restaurants were good. Kids activities were exceptional. Kids camp area was clean, friendly and secure.
The new Key West section looked fabulous but had tiny pool. The Italian village seemed the most popular and prob the nicest accommodations, certainly has the best pool and is very close walk to beach.
I agree with other reviews that the Caribbean village looks like a ghetto.
Can't beat the ocean- not just at this resort but the whole island. Great snorkeling, intense ocean colors.
Will definitely go back to Turks and Caicos but if we stay at Beaches again we will try the direct/panoramic ocean front suite without the butler service.

PERFECT, is the only way to describe our two week vacation to Beaches Turks and Caicos. Each year we request our “favorite” concierge, Keisha Gordon McIntyre and our favorite room - the Governor’s One Bedroom Luxury Suite, room 715. We feel like family when we are at Beaches, the staff is very polite, responsive and have positive attitudes.

We can’t say enough good things about Keisha Gordon-McIntyre, she is an absolute angel, even tempered and we are proud to call her our friend. Each year it seems our visits get better and better. What made this year so great was our interaction with Marie, who always makes our dinning experience flawless; Federline is so smart, energetic and we always enjoy our time with her. Cynthia, the Caribbean Manager, met us upon arrival and always stopped and chatted when she would see us around the resort. Serena, can’t find the words to start describing her, she is WONDERFUL. Erline at Reflections has the best memory, always called us by name when she would see us walk by. Rhonda in sales always made things right. The entire staff of the Caribbean concierge team, Sandralee, Triston, Michelle, Danielle, Enoch, Yashante, Berry and Truddymay was spot on~couldn’t ask for a better team! Our experience at Sapodilla’s was the best, Kadian, Juvilyn and Stephen made dinning there divine, we went back several times during our 14 day stay. David at Camp Sesame; Santa with housekeeping; Tawayne at Neptunes; Jomo and Mercedes with Soy all were wonderful and left a lasting impression.

This year we met a young man, Theodore Sheckleford, the Entertainment Coordinator, who dazzled us with is many talents. He would drop by just to say “Hi” when we were at the pool, talk to us whenever he saw us around the resort; we enjoyed his company so much we invited him to have breakfast with us. The day we were leaving, he walked us to the departure lounge and stayed with us until we left for the airport. Theo is such an asset to Beaches, I can see him growing and becoming an intregal part of the Beaches family, don’t ever let him leave, he is valuable! He is etched in our memory and will be there for a long, long time.

One thing I would like to bring to your attention is the Butler’s service Pool/Beach Cabana and chair reservation policy; the Butler’s would get to the Beach and Pool early and reserve spaces for “their” families; the chairs/cabanas would be reserved for HOURS with no one using them and the “regular” guests would walk around the pool/beach trying to find a chair with no luck. We brought this to Cynthia’s attention who reminded the lifeguards of the 90 minute limit on chair reservations, during the last week of our visit, we finally saw the lifeguards clearing chairs for folks. We feel the reservations made by the Butler Service needs to be modified and limit the family reservations to one pool at a time, not three pools and beach(for the same family)and never show up and use the resources saved which takes the chairs away from the regular guest population.

Again, this was a great two weeks and we are already making plans to return in November. It is your staff that makes this resort great and makes us to want to return year after year.

Looking forward to our return trip to Paradise.

We have been going to beaches turks and caicos for 7 consecutive years ever since our youngest of 3 boys was 2 years old. I can not describe how amazing this staff truly is. From the bartenders to the butlers to the service people, cleaning staff etc. all fantastic people who try to do their best to make your vacation memorable. Every time we return the staff go out of their way to visit with us and reconnect with the kids. The family has made friendships with returning guest and their families. Every year we all look for each other and enjoy each other's company. We are fortunate enough to be able to make this journey and look forward to going back every year. There is something for everyone. Enjoy your time because it goes quickly. See you next year!
