My husband and I just visited Turks and Caicos for the first time. We always wanted to go here because of the beautiful beach and we wanted an all inclusive so we booked Beaches. We were a bit concerned at first because of other reviews mentioning the overcrowding and difficluty finding shaded areas and that if you don't have kids don't go here.

Well let me tell you.Tthese reviews were far from the truth. This was the best resort my husband and I ever stayed at. The service was the fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The food was excellent , the grounds were beautiful and the beach and pools were fabulous.

We stayed in the Key West and it was really nice. We really liked the Italian Village also.

We never had trouble finding a shaded spot by the pool or beach.

We saw alot of other couples there and alot of weddings there as well. To us, it was no different than any other hotel. Most hotels allow children.

Would recommend this to anyone.

Room Tip: Stay at the Italian or Key West Village. The Carribbean is too old and the French, although beautifu...

I cannot say enough about the staff, facilities, amenities, food, beach, and resort at Beaches Turks and Caicos! Treated us like Queens the entire time. Every single employee wishing us Happy Mother's day on the day. We got an upgrade to our room when we arrive and stayed 5 nights in the Italian Village. Was beautiful and highly recommend! Not crowded at all the week of May 10th through 15th. Food was excellent. Check out was a breeze and airport wasn't crowded at all. The list is long and I'm sure I forgot them all but a list of names for all those who made our trip fabulous, THANK YOU: Leighton, Judy, Marjorie, Junrel, Theodore, George, Nemo, Byron, Cordaro, Richard, Taiwayne and everyone else I can't remember. Best vacation ever and can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: Italian Village, third floor, pool side view.

We got married here at the resort on May 3rd. It's a great place for a destination wedding, offering so much to satisfy the needs of any type of guest. The beaches were beautiful and well maintained, the facilities were immaculate and the food & beverage options we extensive. From casual to fine dining, you will be happy with all of the options.

At first, we thought the lack of room service would be an issue, but quickly realized that offset by the availability of accessible outlets. (Rooms Service is included, when you add the Butler Service to your stay)

The staff did a wonderful job to execute an exceptional event and special time for us and all of our guests. The service was warm and attentive, from housekeeping, grounds crew, the Wedding Planning team to all of the related service team members.

Even though the island, the resort facilities and resort offerings were unbelievable, I have to share a few more words about the high-levels of customer service. The reason I say this is that there were several resort staff members who interacted with our group, making our entire stay even that more memorable and positive. I travel quite a bit and have never had an overall experience like this in all my years. Theon, working out of Cricketers was among the best service personalities that I think we've EVER met. He made a connection with of family and friends that will have us talking about for years. A great person and exceptional employee. Richie from multiple F&B locations was also a shining star. From the Activity team "Big Boy" Cordero was the most approachable and fun person, who provided us with continual guidance and seemed to be a spark for every fun event that we participated in. His positive attitude is contagious. Nemo from the Water sports team made our beach and water activities so much fun. Lastly, our Wedding photographer Romaine (Monkey Dog) was a fantastic hit throughout our ceremony and day. His fantastic personality with his skill made our day!

I would highly recommend people visiting this resort for vacationing or for a Destination Wedding.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Caribbean Village. Even though it served as the main building/hub and was close to...

The best family vacation place. My only tip for travelers is do not travel on a Saturday or Sunday until they improve the airport. The food was great, my 8 yr old daughter loves the camp and counselors. Use Tanny to take your family photos. This is my home away from home. See you in 2015.

This was our first time at Turks and Caicos. We stayed for 6 days. The airport is a bit cramped. When we arrived at Beaches, we were met with overly-accommodating service as soon as stepped off the shuttle. We initially booked with the French village, but it didn't meet our needs since our wedding guests were in the Key West village. When we bought it to the attention of the staff at Key West, they were more than willing to accommodate us and transfer us over to Key West village with no hassles. The Key West village was amazing! The landscaping and "Key West" vibe/theme/atmosphere was beautiful. The Italian village also looked pretty nice. The food at all the restaurants we tried was very delicious (Bay-side View, Arizona's (only for dinner) and Mario's were our favs). All of our drinks including alcoholic beverages were good. No waiting for food, no lines, and no mosquitoes. They offer a variety of different foods to choose from and cooked to order. The locals and service there was AWESOME!! We decided to a massage on the beach through RedLane Spa, and it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend doing the massage on the beach after 6 pm since the beach is not as crowded and the sun is setting. The sand on Grace Bay felt like powder and it's probably the most beautiful beach in the world. The view of the ocean is like no other I've ever seen. Some of the activities that we also did were parasailing and the ATV tour, which were both off of Beaches resort. Quick tip to those who desire to do the horse back riding, arrange it before you arrive to Turks because they usually booked up for at least a week. It is some adult nightlife at Beaches (possible room for improvement) as well as some surrounding resorts (i.e,. some nice bars and small clubs). The beach water a bit cooler than anticipated at first but it's refreshing after relaxing/walking around in high 80ish degree weather. We absolutely loved this vacation, and are planning to return. When we return, we would certainly stay in the Key West Village.

Room Tip: The French village is closest to the water parks, but if you're looking for relaxation and quiet...

Beaches Turks and Caicos is our favourite family resort. This was our second stay and we will definitely return while waiting for Beaches Barbados and Antigua to open.

Italian Village is our location of choice. Both stays were in an Italian Poolside Walkout and we will rebook this room for future visits (Kids love the bunk beds!). Access to the pool was a breeze for our kids (7 and 9 years old) and close enough that they could roam between room and pool throughout the day.

We did not book Butler Service as we did not anticipate requiring their service during this slow period in May. I am an early riser and was at the pool most mornings before the butlers prepared the cabanas. It did irritate me that a certain pool attendant regularly saved prime chairs for a family that did not show at the pool until mid morning or early afternoon (Non butler guests). This pool attendant continued to be rude to me each morning as I prepared chairs for my family in the area he was trying to hold. He could not ask me to move as only Butlers can reserve pool chairs for guests.

Food at the restaurants was average and what you expect at an all-inclusive. Exceptions to this were the Jerk Station at Arizonas, Fish and Chips at Cricketers and the wood oven pizzas! Yum!

Kimonos had great entertainment from the chefs (Fortune Cookie and Nigel) but the food was average. Fortune Cookie was very comedic while Nigel had a wonderful singing voice. Be sure to say Hi to Raquel, she is the best server at Kimonos.

Rolando at Cricketers went above and beyond whenever we visited. Once we asked him to box our food to go, as the TV had been switched to another hockey game and we would return to our room to finish the original game, he insisted on switching the game back to the one we had been watching originally. Exceptional employee and will go far within Beaches with his customer service skills.

Kids loved the waterslides and surf simulator and we spent several afternoons in this area.
Beach is probably the best we have ever seen. Fish were easy to find while snorkelling and one morning we spotted Jojo the dolphin!

Italian pool was large with lots of room for the kids to play. Staff at the poolside bar made our trip very enjoyable. Leighton, Andrew and Frances were on hand everyday for a chat while mixing fabulous drinks and Lukes made sure we were never empty at poolside. Thank you all for your wonderful service and our family looks forward to seeing you all again soon.

Room Tip: Italian Village Poolside Walkout is great for families! Wonderful bunkbeds and easy access to poolsi...

We don't usually like to repeat vacations since there is so much of the world to see but my family of 5 absolutely loves beaches Turks and Caicos. The service is outstanding and the property is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. My kids love to go there and we will be going again for the 5th time. They love camp sesame. For an all-inclusive it is very good. We always enjoy the Italian village and they have some of the best staff. Emiliano who is usually at Mario's restaurant is one of the friendliest most helpful people there. He goes above and beyond to make our meals exceptional. Lots of reasons to visit. Great place for families with young kids. Definite must do.
