The Windsong far exceeded our expectations. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We cannot wait to go back. We found all of the personnel to be extremely friendly and helpful. Charles is the man!

We had a wonderful time at the Windsong on Grace Bay. The service was excellent, the resort was beautiful, clean, and right on a gorgeous beach. It was perfect for a romantic getaway, without the crowds at other nearby resorts. The friendly service is one of the resorts highlights (Alicia, the bartender, is a gem).
The only thing to note is that the restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch only, so guests have to travel to other restaurants to eat. This was not a big deal for us, since the resort offers rides (thank you Charles!) and several restaurants are within walking distance. Food is very expensive on TCI so budget appropriately.

We were lucky enough to book a room here only 10 days or so before our trip. Our other hotel had fallen through and we were desperate to find a hotel at the last minute. All of the staff were helpful and cheerful. Charles is great (he will drive you to dinner, the grocery store, etc.). Alicia at the bar was fabulous! Samuel is an awesome waiter too. Shaquiqua (I know I probably botched the spelling, forgive me!) at the front desk made all of our dinner reservations and our excursion trip was booked by her. She was efficient and pleasant, nothing was ever a problem.

The photos are accurate on their website. The rooms are spacious, clean and the furnishing are comfortable and tasteful. The full size kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you may plan on doing. We walked the beach each day and I was always happy to be back at our stretch of it! it is very lovely and the snorkeling just on the beach is so convenient. Somewhere's is the restaurant next door and it is a fun place! We went there about three times. They have very good lattes etc. and serve tex mex food.

I would warn you that the pool is quite chilly (maybe none of the pools on the island are heated) because it seems to be in the shade most of the day. My youngest (10) was disappointed with that as we adults just couldn't brave that cold water!

Our 15 year old and 18 year old enjoyed just hanging on the beach, snorkeling and we all enjoyed slowing down, reading some books and being away from technology! A great time was had by all.

My wife just returned from our 15 year anniversary trip at the Windsong Resort on GraceBay. We went with another couple that was celebrating their resort and everyone had a great vacation.
The resort was clean and right on the ocean. When we arrived we had booked a garden view room with a queen bed. The room they took us had two double beds. After discussing this with ladies at the checkin desk they upgraded us to a beachview condo on the first floor. It was the most amazing room on this incredible stretch of beach in gracebay. The snorkeling was fantastic right out in front of the resort.
The staff, especially Charles, were always looking for ways to make your day go better. Charles was great to drive to the grocery store, restaurants, or the airport. There really is no need to rent a car while staying here.
We enjoyed eating at Tiki Hut, Hemingways, Coco bistro, and the outdoor restaurant next to Windsong. We look forward to going back on another trip. Our 2 favorite places in the world are Grand Cayman and Turks and Caicos.

Stayed at Windsong for 25th anniversary: it couldn't have been any better. Staff was great. Maid service very good. Super clean, everything seemed new (even the exercise bikes in the exercise room still had remnants of packing tape on their wheels and looked untouched). Huge oceanview suite, with 2 full baths, 2 walk in large showers. Plush terry cloth robes for guests. Beautiful furniture. Everything from silverware to stemware, laundry detergent, coffee etc provided. High end appliances/fixtures/marble throughout. Free continental breakfast/sea kayaks. Umbrellas and beach loungers always plentiful. Army of quite workers keeps things ship-shape early mornings. Pictures on website are exactly what you get. Only negative was the newly opened cafe is still coming up to speed and doesn't do dinners. But, breakfasts were pleasant. This place exceeded all my expectations and I'd recommend it to my closest friends. I picked it over Gansevoort which seemed more "foo-foo" and I'm glad.

Being our third visit to Provo, we had a good understanding of where to stay on the beach and choose Windsong for it's central location to the islands best coral reef (Windsong overlooks the best snorkeling on Grace Bay.) I certainly expected the perfect location, however, our vacation went far beyond my expectations by the class, comfort, security and relaxation Windsong provided.

From the moment we checked in our stresses lifted from our bodies and the week at Windsong became our personal paradise. From the breathtaking views from our room, to the cleanliness of the resort, we were overtaken with happiness. Laying on the beach could not have been more relaxing as Charles was there for everything and anything. Charles not only brought us drinks on the beach, but took us to and from dinners and local hot spots at our convenience. The whole staff at Windsong exceeded our expectations, and provided lasting memories. We can not wait to visit again.

It was our kids first time to the island and from the moment we landed til we left the had an awesome time. The kids loved how close the beach and pool were to our room. The staff was well attentive and extremely helpful and nice to the children. The property was beautiful and has some of the most spectacular views. It has great access to the best snorkeling around and the beach is fairly private. The food was healthy and light and there wine selection was great. This is the ONLY place we will stay when in the Turks.
