“Can't wait to return”
Reviewed 17 March 2012

From the moment we stepped out of the airport and encountered Mary Lynn from the Seven Stars, we knew we were in great hands. Popped into a taxi to the hotel, the rest is a series of days that were so perfect, that with the exception of magically adding another five days to our stay, there is nothing that could possibly have been any better.
The large staff is enthusiastic, clearly competent and very much on top of their game. As an example, the landscaping is beautiful yet I never once heard the roar of a power mower or leaf blower. Peace and quiet was assured by their using only hand powered tools to keep the grounds perfectly well attended.
The three restaurants are each very good, with our dinner at Seven a truly top notch dining experience.
The Seven Stars location on Grace Bay Beach is fantastically beautiful. We would begin each day with coffee on our terrace, just quietly sitting and looking out at the clear turquoise sea just beyond the invitation of the heated salt water pool that separates the “Sand Dollar Café” from "The Deck", which sits right at the edge of the beach.
When venturing out for dinner elsewhere it is imperative that one makes a reservation and the sooner the better likelihood of your success. While our concierge was able to set us up with a full week of reservations on the afternoon we checked in, during the high season I would definitely make all my reservations well ahead of one's actual arrival on the island. The competition for a table at Coco Bistro is particularly challenging.
This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos for my wife and I. I have no doubt at all that we’ll be back at the Seven Stars Resort as soon we can. It was a week of Heaven on Earth.

Just returned on March 13th from a six night vacation at Seven Stars booked through Cheap Carribean and it certainly could receive a 7 star rating if there were such a thing. We had an Ocean Front room on the 5th floor in Althea and the view was beautiful, the color of the water was breathtaking, the full moon visable and the ocean sounds were more than one could ask for.
I searched for a place on the Turk island for months before deciding on Seven Stars and the for the most part the Trip Advisor reviews are what sold me. Location was perfect for walking to the grocery shopping, small shopping malls, ice cream and restuarants. The free bike offered an opportunity to see all the other areas, hotels, golf course, casino that would have been a challenge for us to walk to within a reasonable amount of time.
The staff at the Seven Stars in every aspect of the hotel and grounds went out of their way to welcome us. I had read reviews stating the opposite so I took notice and I'm not sure what the travelers who were disappointed experienced but we saw a smile on everyone's face.
We traveled on a Weds to Tuesday and I would recommend that to everyone if its possible. The airport on the weekends are extremly busy and we had no issue at all. Seven Stars staff were there at the airport to arrange for a shuttle to the resort and at the resort for the airport. Cost was 13.00 a person each way and in comparison to Bermuda that was very fair.
Complimentry continental breakfast included the three melons, apples and banana's, choice of 6 to 8 cereals, yogurt, muffins, crossaints, banana bread, sweet rolls and toast.
We visited the Bella Luna for Italian food and it was excellant. The owner went table to table making sure your needs were met. We also went to Pizza Pizza and although the restaurant needs some fresh paint the Pizza was great and staff very friendly. By purchasing food at the grocery store for lunch and happy hour snacks you really could visit the Turks on a budget if you needed to. We bought liquor at the airport in NC, Duty free and they handed you your purchase as you entered the airplane. This helped reduce the cost of our own happy hour each afternoon. Wine in the grovcery store was double that of what we paid at home. Costs of drinks were avg 9.00 for wine 13.00 for frozen summer drinks which is about avg for all of the Islands, so it was not unexpected.
All in all is was an absolutely beautiful vacation with sun and light to moderate breezes everyday. Bring light sweaters for the evening hours in early March because of the breeze and you won't regret it. Certainly one of our best vacations due to the staff and facilities if the Seven Stars. We will be back.

Room Tip: Athena was very quiet, rooms higher up had a better view

Seven Stars is one of the larger properties on the island. When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk who was very helpful and attentive. When it was time to check in they walked us to our room and gave us a quick orientation. The room was stunning. We had an oceanfront room and it was worth every penny spent. We were welcomed with a fruit plate in our room and a welcome note which was nice. We really liked the espresso maker in the room too. The bathroom was huge with standing shower and a huge soaking tub. The only thing that was off about the room is that the TV was incredibly small in comparison to the room. The scale was off but if that is the only thing you have to complain about . . . well then you are doing pretty well. The robe was a little rough to the skin but who cares! The property was nice. Pool area never seemed crowded. Lunch at the pool was decent, breakfast was nice and the staff really remembers who you are and your name. We hung out and listened to music each night at the beach side bar which was nice and dined at their caribbean buffet with endless lobster tails for $49. The property is a little impersonal compared to a few of the other smaller properties I've reviewed but is still a solid option if you can get a room for the right price its great. It is close to the grocery store and town too. I also asked the concierge to see if we could get a reservation at the impossible to get into Coco Bistro restaurant and they were able to get us in, of course at first with a little skepticism by the concierge. We tried to snorkel out front but the wind and current was so bad that we couldn't even see our hand in front of us. (we drove down the beach to the public beach and the water was crystal clear). All in all it was an excellent experience.

Room Tip: Ocean front room was amazing!!

Just returned 3/3 from 8 days in Heaven! After reading many of the reviews for several resorts in the providenciales Turks and Caicos, we chose Seven Stars and hoped for the best. We couldnt have been happier with our choice! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, immaculate, and right on the beach. First class all the way. We had a beautiful oceanfront Junior sweet with a huge veranda overlooking the ocean. The rooms were extremely tastefully furnished, roomy and accomdated every need from microwave/stove top to bidet! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. From the front desk to the restaurants, pool area and beach, the entire staff were some of the most attentive, accomodating and courteous we have ever encountered and cant say enough about how much they added to our overall positive experience. This Resort is truly a Gem! We walked the beach and checked out several nearby properties and were so pleased that we had chosen Seven Stars. From our perspective by far the best resort in the area. Our first night we dined at thier restaurant "Seven" and found it to be one of the better restaurants on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool/beach bar where more casual dining can be found and fabulous entertainment 6 nights a week. The turquoise waters and beach were absolutely breathtaking and centrally located where we could take several mile walks each way daily. The resort is also walking distance to several restaurants and shops making it an ideal location in the area. Overall was one of the best beach vacations we have ever had!

Room Tip: A higher floor would have enhanced the views of ocean and sunset. But we were on ground floor and s...

My wife and 18 year old son stayed at 7 Stars and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and genuinely helpful; many would greet us by name. The concierge made all of our reservations for dinner at different locations--all excellent recommendations. Rooms (had a junior suite so son had his own pull out bed and bathroom) were immaculate with 2x per day maid service. Centrally located on Grace Bay beach so easy to walk on beach to other resorts for lunch and dinner. The beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs. Agree is tough to get a chair at pool but that is limited by the area for chairs as well as (the usual) greediness of the thoughtless guests who will "reserve" a spot at 8am by dumping some personal items then disappearing for much of the day. Unfortunately didn't have the windsurfing gear we were told they had but that did not undermine our total experience which was one of the best beach vacations we have taken.

Dear Valued Guest,

I would like to thank you for taking the time to write your recent post on Trip Advisor, your comments are appreciated. Our commitment at the Resort is to provide the finest in service and personal attention to everyone who stays with us and it is helpful when our guests pass their opinions and experiences to us, allowing us to refine our procedures and services where necessary.

I am pleased to confirm that poolside chairs and cabanas are now on a first come first served basis, and can no longer be reserved.

We have placed additional loungers around the pool area and there is always a plenty of seating either on the beach or pool area for all our guests to enjoy the best beach in the world and the islands only heated salt water pool. I would like to Thank you for choosing Seven Stars Resort and I look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Yours Respectfully

My wife and I just returned from a ten day vacation at Seven Stars. From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay we were treated special. The resort is breathtaking and the accommondations are first class. The reason why this facility is first rate is because of every single employee! The people are the heart of their success. We enjoy fine dining and the restaurant "Seven" was a five star plus experience. We have travelled to many of the carribean islands and this resort is clearly at the top.

Room Tip: All rooms are outstanding.

Grace Bay Beach is one of the finest beaches in the Caribbean and Seven Stars may be the best resort on Grace Bay. The facilities are first rate but, more importantly, the staff is outstanding. From resort manager Ken Patterson all the way to servers at the pool and beach like Chantal, Lilla and Rico and front desk staff like Tiffany, Erica and Lynn, they are unfaillingly friendly, helpful, welcoming and gracious. In early March 2012 we took our second trip to Providenciales in two years. The first time we went to the Grace Bay Club which is also first class. This time, for a change, we tried Seven Stars. Although we had trepidations that it might not live up to the Grace Bay Club standards, if anything, it surpassed them. Seven Stars is also home to what may be the best restaurant in the area, called "Seven." All good restaurants in Providenciales are Manhattan-pricey, but the food quality, presentation and staff at Seven (Allan and Ricardo) justify the cost.

Room Tip: The ocean front suites are expensive but worth it, especially if you can get on one of the upper flo...
