We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal and the service was great. I especially liked the spa! :) The restaurants had good food and the bar on the beach was perfect for relaxing and having cocktails after a day on the beach.

Recently stayed at Seven Stars for out 20th Anniversary. Blown away by the room and beach. Staff was tremendous. Friendly at every stop and yet they are unintrusive. Best stay we have had in some time. Island is easy to get to from the States and short cab ride from the airport. Will definitely come back again.

Stayed at Seven Stars Resort with my husband and had a great experience. When we booked the room, there was not an ocean front available every night. We stayed in a one bedroom garden suite (1201) the first night, and then switched to a two bedroom ocean front (1505) the remaining nights. I have to admit that I almost preferred the one bedroom garden view. It was in a perfect location on the first floor where you could just walk out the back patio and basically be right at the pool. The room, bathroom and living space were all very large too.

FOOD:
We sat at the bar at Seven a few times and had a great time. The bartender is excellent, makes great drinks. I actually ordered the snapper at the bar for dinner one night and could not believe how good it was.

Sat at The Deck Bar every day and had a great time. The servers were the best they could possibly be. Kirky was so cheerful and attentive to what we needed. My husband was actually unhappy with the beer selection, so we would walk over to the grocery store and buy cases of the Carib beer…. the bartenders would keep it on ice behind the bar just for him. Actually, to show how phenomenal the whole place is, the front desk manager (Bella) heard about my husbands unhappiness with the beer selection and she would have one of the workers go over to the grocery store for us and buy cases so that he could have all the beer he wanted. As a resort and staff member, that is going above and beyond what they need to do to make a guest happy.

The other nights for dinner we ventured out. One night we went to Gansevoort Resort and sat at the bar outside and had drinks and dinner. AWFUL service but excellent food. The bartenders were very sketchy. The woman next to us and my husband were drinking the same champagne… we watched as he opened a new bottle and served the woman… when my husband asked for the same moments later, he poured from a different old bottle that had been sitting in the ice well (it had zero effervescence and was obviously old). Once my husband and the woman complained saying it was not the same, he then angrily got the newly opened bottle and served it to him. A second incidence occurred with the couple we traveled with and a bottle of beer that was already opened. It was all just majorly sketchy and the men were not friendly at all.

At the request of Sevens bartender, who was Italian, we went to an excellent Italian restaurant that was to the left just as you exited the resort. EXCELLENT food! We actually went there twice, once for normal service and then once for there special "pizza night".

Walked down the beach to Grace Bay resort for lunch one day and were rather disappointed. Food was ok, not great.. but what was so disappointing was how boring and dead the resort was (Just a bad atmosphere). The staff there seemed so unfriendly and miserable, as well as the patrons. We were so happy we decided to stay at the Seven Stars instead of Grace Bay. The staff at the Seven Stars are so friendly and happy. Actually, from the front desk staff, to the restaurants/ bars, to Ravi who cleaned the room… all were just so wonderful.

LOCATION:

About 15 min from airport. We took a big black SUV that was $120 for the ride, but they also had taxis that were cheaper.

The grocery store right across the street from the resort is excellent. Actually cleaner and nicer than a lot of grocery stores in the USA. There was a huge fridge in our room, so we bought tons of bottles of water and beer (since the selection at the resort was not great)

Shops and restaurants within very close walking distance from the resort. Venture out for lunch and dinner and you will not be disappointed.

POOL and BEACH:
Pool (salt water) was ok, not much happening there…. beach was much more active. Sand is beautiful and the water was nice and warm! Plenty of comfy beach chairs.

If we went back to Turks and Caicos we would definitely go back to Seven Stars and would definitely recommend it to others. You can't find the convenient location, the excellent staff and that atmosphere anywhere else.

We just returned from two weeks at Seven Stars. After visiting two years ago, we could not wait to get back here. It was the best vacation we had ever had and we have travelled to many other island destinations. The rooms at the hotel are absolutely beautiful and spacious with kitchens, washer and dryers and full of amenities. The location of this hotel is better than any other hotel on Grace Bay. Directly across from the grocery store and in walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. The staff here are amazing! Some even remembered us from our previous visit. Lila and Don offered great service on the beach and pool. Beatrice at breakfast was friendly and remembered all our our names. We also did the snorkeling tour and Captain Andrew and Shawn were also wonderful. The free breakfast was substantial and offered plenty of variety. Because we have two kids we got a day pass at Beaches. We had a great time there but it was also nice to come back to Seven Stars where the environment is quieter and relaxed. We cannot wait to make it back to Seven Starts again in the future.

We went to Seven Stars Resort with a group of friends (all in our 20s) and loved it. As soon as you step out of the airport, a member of the staff finds you at PLS and takes you back to the resort. Once there, they greet you with cold towels and rum punch to make you feel welcome.

The buildings and rooms are very clean. No complaints there (or anywhere, really). There were five of us splitting two side-by-side units and it had the most breathtaking view of the heated saltwater pool and the beach right behind it.

Every employee at the resort was more than just accommodating. They truly made each one of us feel welcome and relaxed. The service was phenomenal and we never came across a bad experience with the staff. Food and drinks at The Deck were stellar as well.

The water is absolutely gorgeous. You definitely get the Caribbean Island feel without the commercial atmosphere (lots of families with loud children, etc). You have privacy and it's very quiet and relaxing. The staff makes sure to check up on you while you're on the beach to see if you need a drink, towel, or just to see how you are doing. There is also a station where you can rent out paddle boards or sailboats, which I highly recommend doing just to add some variety to your beach activities.

In summation, if you are heading to Turks & Caicos, stay at this resort and you will enjoy every second of it.

Room Tip: Try to get the rooms facing the pool and beach if you can. The view is spectacular.

My fiancé and I used American Express points to help us afford this honeymoon. I'm well versed in traveling but have never stayed in accommodations as beautiful as Seven Stars. We had an ocean view villa with a balcony which was stunning to sit out on for sunsets and sunrises.

The front desk was very accommodating. When my husband and I called the concierge because the couple next to us had several young children and the door connecting our rooms was rather thin, they sent over a golf cart and let us look at a different room right away.

The beach is a few steps out the door and there are complimentary towels, water, paddle boards, bicycles, floatation devices, and is amazing. The breakfast was full of pastries, fresh fruit, cold cuts, juices, eggs, bacon, etc. It was delicious.

It is also conveniently located near the grocery store, pharmacy, and several good restaurants (Via Veneto!). It is an expensive country to visit due to taxes on food and cost of living, but if you can afford to splurge- I would do so here!

I also cannot believe the reviews on here complaining about the service or the lack of things to do. You're in paradise and the staff is very sweet!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on an upper floor for a beautiful view!

We had seven days in this gorgeous resort in July. Ideal weather - incredibly hot, with the occasional thunderstorm (which is quite impressive to see building up on the horizon) but it only rained a couple of times.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. All areas are immaculate. The rooms are huge. The kitchenette is very well stocked with all the equipment you should require; replenished daily with coffee, tea bags, kitchen towels, etc.

There's even a huge washer and dryer and a daily replenishment of washing powder.

Huge thanks to Lila and Don for taking such good care of us poolside. Not only highly professional and polite, but always went the extra mile and remembered our names even when we popped by the following week.

All the staff are a credit, from front of house, to the lovely people that cleaned our room, and all the restaurant staff.

Breakfast is a very nice buffet, not a huge selection, but absolutely delicious. The quality is outstanding. Big thanks to Evette who is gracious and welcoming to all guests.

I would definitely come back and would recommend it (and indeed have) to all.

Room Tip: Sunbathe on the adults only area next to the beach. Divine.
