This is billed as a complete tour of a working distillery(with the tasting afterward, of course). As a chemist myself, I was hoping for an interesting tour, but we got a 10 minute stroll through the factory with a guide who had poor people handling skills. She also couldn't (or wouldn't) answer any more questions about the process than was on the display board in the gathering place.
I guess a lot of people go for the drink afterward, but since you pay for the tour, you're really only getting your money's worth on the drink, and frankly, you can get that on any bar on the island with the same rum.
So skip the tour and head straight to your favorite bar on the beach!
