We just ate dinner there on May 19,2014, and had a great meal. I had the grouper and it was excellent. It was nice and quiet with a beautiful view. It was expensive however - our group of 5 had appetizers, entrees, several drinks each and dessert. With tip the meal came close to $300. I would definitely go again.

Right up the street from the house we rented. The night we went it was very quiet and low key. Noel was an excellent server. The beer they make here is delicious. I had the mahi Provençal with risotto. I know it was fresh because we watched the fish being carried into the restaurant! My husband had the lobster Thermidor. Sauce tasted amazing. Try the chocolate bomb for dessert, you won't be disappointed.

Great view if you sit out on the enclosed deck area. Open air but not hot at all. All of the meals from the mahi, to the crab stuffed shrimp, to the pasta were delicious. Dessert was great. We had the chocolate cake dessert. The conch fritters and bruschetta special with apple and brie were also great! Not overpriced for the meal. Only bad things are the road getting there and parking.

This is my favorite restaurant on the island, I always bring my friends who visit to eat here and it is always enjoyed by them. While it hidden on the north side of the island, it is definitely worth checking out. Parking is limited due to the nature of the island and its roads but if you call ahead and ask it is possible to have arrangements made to be picked up by the taxi driver the Bistro uses.

The food is always fantastic with fresh local caught fish specials every night. They have their own pastry chef that makes delicious desserts as well. I am an avid beer drinker who enjoys fresh brewed beer and this place is the only one on the island that has that. With 3 beers on tap, they rotate them out since they make over 20 types and offer the best beer flight I've ever had, 4oz of each for $6.

Every night there is live music ranging from piano, guitar, steel drum, bass and even some singing. The view from the outside deck is fabulous so I recommend getting there before 630pm to take that in. The service is great, currently they have 5 strong servers, Sweetz, Barry, Noelle, Megan and Scott and a fun bartender named Katie. The 1 review mentions a horrible server which I remember and he was fired after a few shifts when it became clear he had no business being a server. The bar scene is not one filled with young people there to party although occasionally there is a younger crowd there but there are no tvs to attract those for sporting events, it's more geared for those enjoying others company and live music.

The owner Connie has developed a large wine menu with some exclusive bottles for those who truly enjoy a high class wine. All in all, you won't be disappointed with your time there and while some think the menu is pricey, everywhere on the island is expensive. Just about all the entrees are less than $30 which to me is better than what I would expect at a fine dining restaurant although you don't need to feel obligated to dress fancy to attend. It's a casual atmosphere with fine dining treatment and quality!

A great find on the north side of St.Thomas. A group of apps ordered. Conch fritters, bistro mussels, calamari, and cervice. Each had its own personality. Conch was perfectly cooked not greasy, sauce was tangy and sweet. Bistro mussels with an awesome dipping sauce garlic white wine with diced tomato. Fresh warm baked bread. Calamari with sweet chili sauce was nice and light. The cerviche was done unusual with nacho chips for scooping up the goods. The service was awesome. The dinners on menu were fantastic. Lobster Thermidor was awesome. Stuffed pork chop with apple and pear stuffing over a bed of sautéed spinach excellent.
As a side bar the owner brews her own ales in small batches which were amazing. Watch for the changing brew menu. We will be back and the spot for the restaurant was excellent with beautiful views.
