Unique. A lot of fun with the family, but quick. A little expensive for the amount of time, but worth the visit.

Magic Ice was a fun experience for my new wife and I. You start off in the entrance where you pay and are suited up with a huge hooded jacket, gloves, & leg warmers if you want them. You enter the ice area through a giant freezer door and there are multiple ice sculptures and decorations to see. There were some pretty great photo ops and even an ice slide, which was surprisingly fast. You also get a shot of Cruzan rum and a souvenir shot glass to keep. We spent about 25 minutes total in the ice room.

I would recommend this if you are staying in St. Thomas for the week or are already downtown shopping and want to check it out.

If you are on a cruise ship and just visiting for the day, this is not worth being the one and only thing you plan for the island.

We showed up close to closing time and for a brief period we had the place entirely to ourselves. The bartender was amazing, and she successfully got us nice and drunk. The cover charge is a little pricey, but it's vacation! Who care about money, right!? We had a really good time.

I was disappointed by this experience. The gallery is small and it only took us about 15 minutes to see everything. We were the only ones there, so it may be different with more people. You do get a free shot at the end and you can keep the shot glass. Your money can be better spent elsewhere.

Ice carvings were well done and the rum was good but the cost of the entrance was not worth the experience. OK for a one time thing but no return.
