“Ideal for a weekend of 2 wheeled mayhem”
Reviewed 23 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Booked it to ride BP Wales on Friday and Cwmcarn on Saturday. Was a perfect base, off road parking and a secure garage for the bikes. The flat is big enough for 4, modern decor everything works bed wasnt great but I was too knackered to worry. The local high street isn't the Kings Road... or the Old Kent Road...it looks a bit scary if this was in East London I'd give it a massive swerve, but don't write it off. We were welcomed with open arms in both the Angel and the something or other hotel. We walked past both places 3 or 4 times because they are barely recognisable as pubs from the outside and neither looked to be open. Inside however is a warm welcome and cold extremely cheap beer. There are two kebab shops a fish and chip shop and it looks as if someone has opened an Indian in his front room. We went kebab, the one on the right, it was a kebab, it was warm greasy and gave me indigestion, spot on after a day nearly killing yourself and half a dozen lagers. Go enjoy Welsh mountains its awesome

“hidden gem”
Reviewed 12 May 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This is the perfect base for anyone wanting to climb or explore the Brecons. I booked this for a small group of 3, and I'd happily book again if we decide to return to the area-the apartment is exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean and excellently presented. The manager Neil was very friendly and extremely helpful.

“Great place to stay.”

The apartment was really comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean, close to local amenities and travel links with a lovely river right outside the door. Stayed here when visiting Cardiff for the rugby and it was lovely to return here after the madness of the city centre. The owner Neil was extremely helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed for a great stay.
