“The Only Lonely Beach...”
Reviewed 8 October 2013

So all the beaches on the north shore are beautiful ... this one is too. This one though you have to hike to, about 20 minutes, some parts of the trail are rocky and you have to be sure footed. This is good because it keeps a lot of people away.

Snorkeling is OK. Maho or Trunk are better.

Bring real shoes to walk, and everything you will need. There is nothing here...no services, no bathrooms..nothing but sand and water.

“Bring Your Camera”
Reviewed 20 August 2013

Best beach to photograph but wear hiking boots or shoes. I wore flip flops and it was a little challenging. It's about a half mile or more hike, water a little rougher but one of the prettiest beaches yet, so plan on taking pictures.

“Most beautiful beach in the world”
Reviewed 2 August 2013

The reason I love this beach so much is because you can't drive to is. You can only hike or boat. It's so gorgeous it's breathtaking. If you haven't been there, you haven't experienced heaven on earth!

“Awesome!”
Reviewed 7 July 2013

I was going to recommend that everyone stay away, so it stays so isolated and beautiful; but it wouldn't be fair not to share...... It is a good 20 minute hike with some elevation changes, but we were there very early and sat on the beach for 2 hours by ourselves...... Best beach of our trip........ Great snorkling around to Honeymoon Beach, where you can take a break on the hammocks by the snack shop before snorkling back...... Go early, snorkel, spend time at both beaches, and then find yourself in the village by happy hour!!!!! Perfect Day.... fyi - ask the Park office for a parking pass and you can park in one of their spots for the day......

“Beautiful beach with a great snorkel”
Reviewed 6 July 2013

Walking down the spur trail from the National Park sign on top of the hill at hwy 20 was a good way to access this beautiful beach. The beach itself was a beautiful curve with relatively few people, the water had nice small waves for playing, and the snorkeling along the reef between Salomon and Honeymoon Bays was teeming with life. Highly recommended!
