We had a fantastic dinner here during our stay. It is a little more expensive than most restaurants, but good for a special night out. My husband had the fish special and I had the paella. Both were great, but the stand out of the night was the ceviche appetizer, amazing!

Your trip to St. John wouldn't be complete without dining on a large, well presented, succulent Caribbean lobster tail. And Morgan's Mango is the place to do it. Open air dining and softly playing acoustic guitar add to this establishments ambience. When we return to the island this is now our go-to place for delicious seafood at very competitive prices. Don't miss it.

We had such a variety of delicious dishes based on local fare. Seafood paella was excellent and a steak and blue cheese empanada was a great twist on this classic pastry. Service was excellent and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Moderately price but worth it.

The atmosphere was really wonderful. On that level I think this is one of the nicest restaurants on the island. I visited on Wednesday for the Lobster special. But there wasn't really anything all that different from the regular menu. You did get a free glass of the worst wine you'll ever have.

I wasn't impressed with the lobster, which is what I came for. It was fine, but I had had a lobster the night before that set a really high standard so, this was just average.

My husband had some type of carribean chicken that he thought was wonderful. I did not have dessert that evening because we were too full. But they looked amazing so we came back a few nights later for what was the most amazing Key Lime Pie I have ever had. I am still puzzling over how it could have been that good. I have had every key lime pie in the Keys and there wasn't one that compared. Really, you have to have this pie. They should probably put a picture of it on the logo.

The hostess was very sweet, our waitress was a little frazzled and the bartenders were really not too hospitable. They were just not very friendly and you want to have fun when you are at the bar, or at least a smile, or a positive sound in your voice.

Overall I think it is worth stop. Drinks were expensive and the service wasn't great but the atmosphere was romantic and I think some dishes were good. And the Key Lime Pie...

We're sorry to hear that you didn't have stellar service. Each and every team member should not only be attentive, but friendly and welcoming. It's disappointing that this wasn't the case. That said, it sounds like the Key Lime Pie may have made up for it. The most amazing Key Lime Pie you've ever had is quite the compliment! Next time you visit St. John, we'll have a slice with your name on it.

Cheers,

We always finish up our vacation on St. John at Morgans Mango. The food is good and the prices reasonable. One of the best places to get a peak at the sunset over St. Thomas.
