An absolutely beautiful day of sailing, snorkeling, and exploring. Captain Dave and First Mate Kaley took care to ensure our sailing and snorkeling comfort levels and tailored our trip accordingly. We headed out from Cruz Bay to the snorkel spot at Henley Cay (I think). We had options of snorkel or swim, flotation devices, or chaperoning in the dinghy. We saw flounder, parrotfish, sergeant majors, and all kinds of coral. We enjoyed lunch at Foxy's, and we're able to order while Dave took care of Customs. Our final stop, for something different, was Sand Cay, where we hiked around this botanical preserve and saw many examples of cactus and lizards. We recommend shoes for the hike. On the sail home, Captain Dave told us about the features of St. John as we passed them. We have had several levels of sailing classes and appreciated the captain and crew's professionalism and understated attention to boat operation and customer service. An outstanding day on the water!
