After few years of decline the homeowner's association has taken over the management of the villas, hired a new property manager and the evidence of these changes is evident to anyone who has been there before. New cabinetry, improved landscaping and views that where always spectacular have been opened up to all the units.

With each unit boasting two buildings, a master suite separate from the main building that contains the kitchen, dining, living areas with an additional bedroom upstairs: SRV has plenty of room spread out. Most units have a private dipping pool in addition to the large communal pool with commanding views of Pillsbury Sound and St. Thomas to the west.

We have enjoyed watching the revitalization year by year of a great property.

Great location! Staff couldn't be friendlier and even met us at the ferry to escort us to our condo. Located on top of the mountain, driving up requires a four wheel drive and is an adventure in and of itself. Pleasantly surprised with the private courtyard, amazing view and all the amenities. Even provided a cooler and beach chairs for us to use. We did have a battle with some sugar ants in the kitchen that were determined and pretty much succeeded in getting into everything! We were concerned that there was not any air conditioning but found we never needed it. There is a constant breeze and fans that keep things very comfortable!

The accommodations were nice and allowed us space to let the little one nap without everyone having to tip toe around. Unfortunately, not all of the rooms have good air flow and since there is no air conditioning, some nights were a hot sticky mess. The other problem we ran into is the lack of parking. Since all of the cars are parked along the side of the property, it was VERY challenging to turn the car around whenever we wanted to leave. I am not sure how often the pool is cleaned, but I would suggest it be cleaned a little more often.
