“Great food & service!”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

We stopped to grab a bit to eat before getting on the ferry to head back to our cruise ship. After we ordered we realized we didn't have a lot of time till the ferry was to leave, our food came out & we had to box up right away, we had about 3 servers come over and help us, as we were a party of 8. We ate on the ferry & food was awesome, we few of us got the blackened fish tacos & they were delicious as well as the fish & chips & the philly. Beer was cold & we even had a little local entertainment!! We can't wait to go back & visit again!!

“Short but sweet stop”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

We spent the day in St. John visiting the beaches and had an hour to kill before our boat returned to St. Thomas. We stumbled upon Cruz Bay Landing and were made welcome at the bar. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our requests for a combination of coffee, apple juice, beer and margaritas in our party of seven. The World Cup was playing on the tv and we were also kept occupied trying to solve the game on the counter. Not easy but the three youngest (9, 13, 41) solved it.
Would love to return and have a meal as part of a longer, week long stay in St. John.

“Cruz Bay Landing, St. John, USVI”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

My wife and I ate breakfast here twice during our stay on St. John and one evening meal. The food is great, the drinks are very good, lovely location and should be on your list of places to eat if you are on St. John. The omelets are wonderful and the skillet dish is great. I enjoyed the ribs on Thursday night, worth a try for sure.

“Great spot ”
Reviewed 31 July 2014 via mobile

We made two visits on our last trip. One for a mid afternoon lunch at the bar(slow). The other for breakfast on a Sunday morning(crazy busy) both were excellent. Rum punch with breakfast is a great start.

“Rude and Confused Waitresses...”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

We were going to have lunch at Cruz Bay Landing. Since we were a party of six, the only large tables were inside where it was extremely hot. The waitress said the table against the back wall under the fan was the coolest instead of the table that opened up to the outside so we took it. The only cool spot was the two people at the end of the table. So we asked if we could split up into two smaller tables outside. She said sure. When we got outside there was only one table empty so she said she could easily get 2 more chairs and we could all sit together at one smaller table if we didn't mind being a little crowded. We said that would be fine and she got us all seated around one table. The first waitress comes over and tells us we can't sit there. She tells us to go inside. I explained how hot it was inside at the table we were told to sit at which was in the back corner and supposedly the coolest spot under the fans. She said no! That is not where you need to sit. I told her we would be fine around one table. She was not happy and made some comment and walked away. Another waitress comes up a minute or two later and has a hissy fit that we were going to eat at one table so we just left. Bottom line...we would have been the ones crowded, not them so why did it matter??? We ended up at The Tap Room at Mongoose Junction. Had a delicious lunch in an air conditioned place. The waitress was super and all the food was just great!!!
