The apartment is well located if you have a car or you like to walk (20min walking to downtown and 20 min to cable beach), has a good security and all what you need (kitchen, leaving room...). It´s big for 2. It has a parking inside very secured.
I missed a good bed, for us was very uncomfortable, due to we are tall. The size of the bed: 1,35x1,80cm. The bedroom has more space so I recommend to change for a queen size bed :)
The cleaning was not so good in the bathroom and bedroom, we found spiders on each corner and 2 cockroaches. There was quite dust.
Our check-in /check-out was great, there is a password door so we had no problem.

The owner, Duran, was very polite and accommodating. The property is clean, fresh and spacious. It is close to downtown, a mere 15 minutes walk. Paradise Island is only 30 minutes away and walking to beautiful Cabbage Beach takes 40 minutes. Everything we needed was provided. We had a wonderful time there. Thank you Duran!

We arrived late on a Saturday night, however a representative was waiting to let us into the one bedroom rental and give us a tour. Although it was just myself and my SO, the space is large enough to sleep two or three more people. The place had all the basic amenities including a few items in the kitchen like coffee, tea, and some items for cooking. The fridge is large enough to stock up on drinks and perishable items. There is a flat screen TV in the living area that receives all the normal cable channels and WiFi which was very stable for using Whatsapp and Skype. There was an inflatable bed in the walk in closet along with a dresser, iron and plenty of hangers to put things away. Do note that the air conditioner is in the bedroom and while it cools that area nicely, it can get a bit warm in the front area during the day however you can open all the windows to get some air flowing through. We had a rental car and there was a space available for parking inside the gate so that was very convenient. There is also a security attendant at night who closes the gate by midnight. We came back from dinner late one evening and all we had to do was blow the horn and the attendant came to open the gate so that all worked out fine.

The location is very near to downtown Nassau. You can walk to Shirley street and then head in all directions depending on where you want to go. Bring comfortable shoes, a hat, sunscreen and a beach bag and then take off exploring. I feel like the overall value of this place was very good and it served our purpose very well so we would definitely stay here again.

This villa is just what we needed for a few days layover in Nassau between the outer islands and home. Duran was very accommodating. We originally booked another one of his properties, but upon arrival noticed it wasn't right for us. He quickly found this villa for us and was able to get us in right away.

A small and cozy apartment, with all the needed facilities. The place is fully furnished and counts with all the necessary supplies to make the stay comfortable and relaxed. The pace is quite and the building where it is located is safe. It is very well located, only 15 min walking from downtown and some of the most touristic beaches. We received an excellent service and response from the hosts.

This was the perfect spot for two of us who were spending most of our time at the yoga ashram on Paradise Island. It was an easy walk to downtown Nassau and the boat dock. We found out later that it was not an area to be walking around in at night but regardless it was well lit and seemed populated with a hospital nearby. During the day it was perfectly safe. The service we were given was excellent, lots of communication and follow up and services offered which made it feel more like we were staying at a fancy hotel than an Airbnb apartment. The apartment itself was the perfect size and was well kept. I'd say we were very happy with the value for our money.
