Perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. Condo 208 is beautiful and spacious. Violas has good and affordable bar food. Carla and Nika are great. Both were very nice and extremely helpful with our room, taxis and reservations. We look forward to staying at Sunrise again next year!

I stayed here during the first week of may in unit 202 (MT Nest). We had a two level unit that actually was the second and third floor. There were four bedrooms and four bathrooms. This unit is beautiful and I cant imagine it getting much better for the price. There are two balconys both with very nice ocean views (although not directly on the water). You can hear the sound of the ocean in the morning from your large porch with a view of the ocean. There is no one on any floors above you and we felt like we had a lot of privacy. The property itself is just a short walk from nearby Atlantis and a village grocery store, shops etc. The price of this property was resonable considering the proximity to Atlantis and the other property prices in the area. The property has a really nice relaxing and very calm pool and grounds with nice flowers. We felt very safe here. Our room was only a few steps from the stairs that led to Cabbage beach. You can actually walk down the beach to Atlantis too. I would recommend unit 202 to anyone that wants a nice spacious place instead of a hotel room. If you had 6-8 people splitting it too it would be very affordable (we only had four). Make sure that you walk up the street to the garden of versilles and the cloisters, spend plenty of time at Atlantis, take the Stuarts cove snorkeling trip to snorkel with the sharks, check out the arawak cay (fish fry), take the water taxi, check out the queens staircase. So much fun and the Sunrise Beach Club is a great place to call home when you are in the Bahamas. I would rate this a five stars if the Bahamas wasn't so darn expensive overall. If I return to Paradise Island I will stay at the Sunrise Beach Club.

Room Tip: Choose room 202 or any of the rooms at the front of the property near the beach.

Just returned from 4 nights at Sunrise Beach Villas. My husband and I were traveling with my elderly parents and their caregiver, so finding just the right living arrangement was very crucial. Well, let me just say that we had a dream vacation and it all started when we opened the door to Villa #3! This villa is amazing. Beautifully furnished, very spacious and immaculate. The professional decorating is quite apparent. Everything from the artwork to the cabinets is first class. The large terrace offers amazing views of the ocean and is furnished with comfortable chairs and a sizeable table. The beautiful beach is just steps away as is a very large pool. The gardens were full of charm, blooming flowers and palms swaying. It is truly a place to relax and recharge. The staff is wonderful, very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Sharon, our primary contact, as we made our arrangements. Our meals at Violas were delicious and served with a smile. The location is in a quiet neighborhood setting just a short 10 minute walk to Atlantis. Exceeded all my expectations in every way.

Just came back from Paradise Island! If you are not a fan of gigantic hotels, the Sunrise Beach Villas are the perfect alternative. We rented 4 bedroom villa #202, spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, ocean view from both bedrooms and the terrace. Short, pleasant walk to Atlantis and the Marine Village. Staff friendly and helpful. The beach is nice, though the waves can become quite nasty, if you prefer calmer ocean take a 10 min walk on the beach to the nearby bay. There is a convenience store walking distance from Sunrise, but they carry only essentials. The closest supermarket is in Nassau. If you are taking a cab, make sure to negotiate the rate in advance, they charge per person and tend to overcharge if the rate is not negotiated. The same driver will pick you up with your groceries. We were not too impressed with local food, especially "the sea food under da Bridge", mostly fried food and service awfully slow. The restaurants at Marina Village were great. Overall, the Sunrise Beach Club is place to recommend, especially if you are traveling with the group or family.

Room Tip: To get the accommodation more affordable, book it through VRBO.com or homaway.com

We had a great time. Sunrise Beach Villas was a great choice for us. We walked a number of areas and had some great food. The staff helped us set up an excursion on a party cat cruise, it was great fun. If you don't mind a short walk or a quick cab ride check out the sea food under "da Bridge". The sea food is right off the boats or they literally dive in and bring it up. We sat around the pool and enjoyed the beach.
