Fabulous conch salad and scorched conch!!! The all star is Jason the maker of all things conch. Ask him to show you how to get a conch out of the shell. This is a really fun, friendly, local place to go. Most nights they have music rocking and they make GREAT "world famous" daiquiris with or without booze, I like them without cause its like soft ice cream dessert in delicious flavours. The hours and days open or closed don't seem to have a pattern in April in Eleuthera so be warned.
