Me and my boyfriend have just returned from two nights at Little Idyll and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. Sharon is an excellent host and has put so much love into Little Idyll- the hut is better equipped than any holiday home I have stayed in before! The welcome basket containing delicious goodies and the giant marshmallows for roasting on the fire pit were a lovely touch.
The hut is incredibly cosy and clean and means that on rainy days it is more than enough to just stay inside, sitting by the wood burner or watching films in bed, whilst watching the Alpacas and Mary out of the window.
Having the animals right outside of the window is amazing and we had so much fun feeding them and giving them some attention (despite the rain).
We very much look forward to coming back in the summer months and seeing all the wild flowers in the meadows.
We had a fabulous stay at the hut this weekend. The hut is set in beautiful surroundings, with Alpacas for neighbours!!
The hut had wonderful facilities, and all little touches had been thought of,even a late night sweetie craving was cured by the jar at the end of the bed...
We were made very welcome by the hosts and our dog wasn't forgotten either. I don't think any of us wanted to leave .
I stayed here for a few nights with my young daughter and our dog. We were greeted with a lovely welcome hamper full of goodies, followed by a very generous breakfast hamper which was excellent value for money. Sharon had taken extra care to make sure everything inside it was truly vegan which was much appreciated. She even included some plant-based chews for our dog.
The hut is wonderfully designed, and the view is stunning - but most of all our favourite part was getting to know the rescue dogs, pigs, pony and other friendly animals that live there and also listening to the owls at night.
The garden by the hut is very thoughtfully cordoned off so if you are taking a dog you can relax whilst they run around.
Lovely place, would highly recommend.
We had an amazing stay at Maybee Glamping for our Halloween mini break. Sharon is such a welcoming host and provided us with a fantastic welcome pack of goodies, we loved hanging out with the alpacas and Mary the pony! The hut is beautifully appointed and decorated, cosy and snug on cold nights, it has everything you could possibly need and has absolutely stunning views across the rolling Welsh hills. We had the best Halloween reading ghost stories round the fire pit and toasting marshmallows. We were really pleased to see the great Halloween decorations Sharon had put up around the hut, it made our stay very special. We hope the pigs enjoyed our leftover pumpkin! Can’t wait for a return visit. Highly recommend
We had an amazing stay in the Shepard’s hut. Sharon is a lovely host, and the Shepard’s hut is amazing. Our visit was extremely relaxed, and having such inquisitive Alpacas really did top the trip off!
Truly one of the best if not the best glamping experiences we have had. We will be back soon!
We stayed here for our 16th Wedding Anniversary and Little Idyll exceeded our expectations. We were greeted on arrival by the wonderful hosts Sharon and Lee and also welcomed by the many four legged friends. The setting of the hut is perfect and the views are breathtaking. On entering the hut Sharon had even gone to the trouble of hanging some pretty bunting wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The hut is equipped to a very high standard through out. The log fire was a real treat and kept us toasty and warm in the evening. We also highly recommend the optional breakfast basket which provided us with a generous full cooked breakfast in the morning. The special delivery service was a really lovely touch too. It was lovely in the morning watching the alpacas grazing in the field and listening to the neighbouring cows mooing. A real escape to the country. Thank you Sharon and Lee, cant recommend you enough! xxx
A wonderful place of calm and tranquility a fantastic place to unwind and find yourself.
We have now found somewhere we will revisit thank you Sharon
