Generaly the hotel is very good.
Good location and very good breakfast .
Very friendly to the dogs .
The biggest let down was no air conditioned room.
Especially when weather temperature are in 30 degrees .
The room was small and very hot.
We asked for cooling fan but they said they don't have and that we are not the only one who has the same problem.
I believe that is not the answer from somebody who cares for his guests

This hotel is absolutely beautiful an we were blown away from the minute we got there. It's in such a beautiful location an the owners have really gone to extremes to make your stay welcoming. The food was fresh an full of flavour an all the staff were super friendly an helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are spacious and full of home from home character. We will be staying at the beggars reach again. Thanks to all staff there :)

Stayed here for one night 29th May 2013 whilst on business in the area. Hotel is in a lovely position but a bit secluded. Nowhere near enough to go in the evening without a drive. Rooms are good and comfortable. Food was good in the evening and breakfast was excellent. Poached eggs that actaully were cooked on the outside and lovely and runny in the middle. Wish I could make them like that. I would certainly consider staying here if in the area but dont think I would go for a long period.

Room Tip: As usual there was a furniture removal company above me (sic) so I cannot advise a good room.

We booked for a table of three and were seated upon arrival, drinks were brought to the table straight away. There is a set menu for Sunday lunch and there were several choices for each course - very difficult to choose, but we all ordered different things. Food arrived quickly and staff were pleasant and courteous. The bread rolls to accompany the first course were rather hard, but fresh, butter was easily spreadable. Main courses were absolutely delicious and plentiful, with an assortment of nicely cooked fresh vegetables. We did ask for extra gravy which was brought out quickly and with a smile. Desserts were again delicious. The venue is down a lane and you would not expect such a lovely calm place. The best Sunday lunch I have had in Pembrokeshire for some time - will be back again.

Stayed here on my own as I was away on business.
The staff are great and very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are a nice size with good bathrooms. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and there is a pond that attracts all sorts of wildlife.
Breakfast is great.

We recently had our wedding reception at Beggars Reach. The venue was fantastic, we could not have asked for more. The location is absolutely stunning set in rural welsh countryside and the gardens surrounding the hotel are beautifully kept. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help. The food was excellent, plentiful portions and really delicious. Will and Gill help with the planning of all the fine details and ensure everything runs smoothly- we could not have asked for more from them. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and are very clean. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we had we many great comments about the hotel.

What a fabulous weekend at this hotel. My wife and I attended our Son's wedding and Will, Gillian and staff made it a truly special event. The hotel itself, the accommodation, the hospitality, the food; simply everything was 5 star. Great venue for a wedding, you really are made to feel special. What a day to remember for our son and Daughter-in-law. Has to receive our highest recommendation. Hope to visit again in the future for a holiday stay.
