“Beautiful area, Lovely cottage”
Reviewed 16 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Lovely, cosy, clean well appointed cottage with wood burner, dog friendly. Ruth was lovely and made us feel very welcome. A bottle of wine and some welsh cakes were waiting for us on arrival. Cottage is quite rural but within easy travelling distance to main attractions. We had an absolutely fabulous time.

“A little gem with stunning views.”

What a find! This is a lovely cottage, well furnished and decorated. Ruth the owner was an excellent host(thank you for the welcome package of wine and welsh cakes). If you are looking for a peaceful break in an area of beautiful scenery and walks, this is the place to be. Cannot wait to go back next year.

“Lovely place to explore Pembrokeshire”
Reviewed 10 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

We stayed for 4 nights at Tilly's Cottage and had a great stay. The cottage was clean, homely, cosy, well equipped and with a lovely view of the sea. Ruth has left a bottle of wine and Welsh cakes on arrival which were greatly appreciated. The weather was kind to us over the 4 days which meant we were out exploring the rugged coast, beaches and castles. Highlights included Barafundle beach, Carew castle and the Blue Lagoon.

“Comfortable Country Charm”
Reviewed 21 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

Tilley's Cottage was everything you could have wished for and more. It was very clean and comfortable, extremely pet friendly with a secure garden and practical flooring for muddy paws and walking boots, And what a location, so close to some great walks both beaches and coastal paths (Ruth the owner was unobtrusive but friendly and knowledgeable about local walks and other places to visit) Thoughtful details like the welsh cakes and wine, a throw for the dogs and the fire made up were all much appreciated the bedrooms were very clean and comfortable the well designed storage was great as was the well equipped kitchen and basic store cupboard. The bathroom was stunning with a large powerful shower and bath that was irresistible for a soak after all that fresh air. If you are looking somewhere like this makes you want to come back as soon as you have left you won't find a better place.

“Great location”
Reviewed 31 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

This review is the same as all the others. Ruth is a lovely, friendly, helpful lady. She text me before arrival allowing us early access as the cottage was made ready the day before. On arrival at the property we found Tilly's Cottage to be warm and immaculately clean with lovely bed linen, clean carpets and a bottle of wine and welsh cakes too! The kitchen had all you would require, including hand soaps, tea towels etc. 20 mins walk from the cottage you will find The Sloop Inn where our family of 5 (children aged 16, 14 & 10) enjoyed the atmosphere and the meals. The great thing about Tilly's Cottage is the location for walking the wonderful, striking, coastal path . We were lucky to see many seals and their pups and my youngest in particular enjoyed looking for crabs. There are many lovely beaches, some of which can only be accessed on foot. Mostly, tractors are the main vehicle to pass the cottage and as the photos show, you can see the sea. Our children really loved the cottage, as we did and would not hesitate to return. Pembrokeshire is a favourite of ours, this being our 3rd visit although the first to Tilly's. Thank you Ruth.

“Perfect getaway”
Reviewed 28 April 2015 for a stay in March 2015

What a lovely place to stay, exactly as described. Thoroughly enjoyed eating breakfast with views over the fields to the sea! The bedrooms are a decent size with a good amount of wardrobe space, this cosy cottage is also equipped with the basics so you don’t need to take tea coffee sugar etc., which is a pain when self-catering. If you enjoy walking there are a number of routes in the information folder and if there is anything else you need the owners are next door and more than happy to help.
