We had a fabulous stay at Einion House. I'd been before on several occasions but it was a first time for Gregg and he had a great time. The B&B is comfortable and cosy and most of all clean and tidy. Alvin and David are lovely guys, friendly and informative. They make you feel special and cook a yummy breakfast :-) would definitely go back.

I had a lovely weekend with my mother and sister at the guest house. We were greeted with friendliness, helpfulness and the service was excellent. The accommodation was peaceful, very clean and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast excellent.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear have great views

My wife and I had a great time with David and Alvin, they were very gracious hosts and very willing to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Loved room #7, awesome view of the sea, roomy bathroom, nice big bed, large flat screen tv, overall, the best room we had in our three weeks of staying at B&B's around the UK! Also, throughly enjoyed the full English breakfast, again the best we had during our trip! It was the full treatment. If you are planning to visit Wales, I would highly recommend staying at Einion House, excellent value, very romantic, and extremely quiet. PERFECT!!

We were greeted by Alvin with a cup of tea whilst he described the facilities and described the area. Our room on the second floor, actually the Family Suite, had a double bedroom and bathroom plus a single bedroom. The double room gave us views of the coast and beyond to the Lleyn Peninsular. During our stay we experienced three spectacular sunsets visible direct from our room. An excellent breakfast was prepared by David each morning, catering both for meat eaters and vegetarians. From Einion House we found we could explore many of the attractions of the Snowdonia National Park including several narrow gauge railways. Our three day stay was just not enough and we intend to return to Einion House later in the year.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with sea view.

During over thirty years of using guest houses I have tended to look around every time... after all there is so much of the UK to explore. After staying Einion House last year I broke that habit this year as we elected to stay there again. The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious, bright, airy and comfortable with excellent modern equipment. Breakfast is a treat, setting you up for the day. The views are lovely and the hospitality is wonderful. David and Alvin nurture an atmosphere of easy conversation and wit that permeates throughout the house making guests feel at ease as if in their own home. These guys work so hard to make their guests experience a trouble free break yet do so in such a friendly relaxed way. They always have time to talk and ask about your day.
This guest house is not for those who want to sit by a pool, or the spa all day, or want night life. but, if you want a base for exploring the area (which includes the nearby "Blue Pool") you'll get that with more.
Next year? Same again I think.
