Einion was one of the best B&B's I have ever stayed in. The bedroom and en-suite were immaculate. Einion was the only B&B that my husband and I had stayed in that week that had a chocolate, biscuits, and hot chocolate drinks in our room. They were also the only ones that supplied sweetners. Breakfast was lovely, more than enough, and in the evening it was nice to have a few drinks from the bar in the lounge which were very reasonally priced. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive. I would definately recommend Einion and would certainly stay there again. One thing I would recommend though if booking is to ask for a room with a sea view.

Room Tip: rooms that have a sea view

We spent a night at Einion House on Friday 22nd July and were very warmly received. We were offered tea on our arrival (although we declined as we had to hot foot it to our dinner reservation). On returning from dinner, we used the comfy guest lounge, where we were only charged for the beer I had, and not the teas, on the basis that we'd already paid for tea in the room price, so it didn't make any difference where we had it.

Our room was fitted out to a very high standard, and spotlessly clean. A lovely view out of the window - a field with horses in, and then beyond that the sea. A very good, highly-controllable shower, in a proper en-suite bathroom, with "regular" plumbing (I mention this only because the next night, at a B&B in Caernarfon, the shower cubicle was in the room, and the toilet and sink (old-style, noisy Saniflow), was in a cupboard!)

Breakfast (8:00 to 9:00, although there was no problem when we opted for 9:00) was very tasty, and we got the impression that Alvin and Dave mean what they say about catering for different diets.

And then, on our return, a friendly email thanking us for our staying, and asking if we wanted a mobile phone charger we'd left in the room posted on.

We would happily go back to Einion House.

We stayed three nights in a double room at Einion House in September. The room was very tidy and the en-suite was perfectly clean. The view over the garden and the sea in the distance was a welcome bonus.

Our hosts were perfectly attentive and took really good care of us. They made us feel welcome and we enjoyed a few chats about what we had planned for each day.

The only other place we get such pampering is when we go back to our parents'!

We will happily recommend this B&B to anyone who wants the perfect hosts, tea on arrival, extremely clean rooms and bathrooms and wonderfully cooked breakfasts. Alvin and David were extremely helpful with all our questions and recommended a wonderful place to eat nearby. I would rate this B&B in the top 3 out of all the places we stayed during our 4 week holiday. Thank you again Alvin and David, it was lovely meeting you and I hope to see you again in the next couple of years.

We were not disappointed in any way - quite the opposite. We had a lovely room which has an unspoilt view over Fairbourne and the estuary. Standards are high - the quality showed in the modern en-suite, in the bedding (lovely soft duvet and pillows) and towels plus everything provided to make your stay a memorable one. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh smelling. Perhaps most important of all is the warm welcome provided by Alvin and David who are the perfect hosts. The B & B is also well situated for local attractions in mid and north Wales if you are happy to travel, or if you wish, you can stay close to base where there are lovely walks or cycling opportunities.

Once in a while you stumble upon a guest house where the owners go out of the way to make you stay enjoyable. Einion House is one of those place!

We were greeted as we pulled up by David and received a warm welcome. Having been greeted, we were asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee, which were duly served. After a relaxing drink, we were shown to our room, which was immaculately clean. The en-suite was very well laid out and there were lovely views towards Fairbourne from our window. Our bed was extremely comfortable.

There is a lounge with a small bar in the corner. All drinks were very reasonably priced and it was lovely to chat with other guests before retiring to bed.

Breakfast was a delight, nothing greasy and a great selection of cereals and fruit. It is somewhere where we intend to return to! Alvin and David are wonderful hosts!

Stayed here overnight with my Partner, Brother, daughter and nephew. It is a beautiful place to stay. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will definatley return!
We received a lovely warm welcome and felt instantly 'at home'. The whole house is immaculate and we were over the moon with the view from our family suite. This part of Wales is truly stunning. Breakfast was delicious!
We have told all our friends and family that Einion house is a must!
A big Thank you to Alvin and David for making our short trip to Wales one that we will remember with fondness!
