This hotel is 30 mins by vehicle from the main resort although it is possible to take a lift and then ski and walk a little to join the main area.
The hotel looks good from the outside but is nothing spectacular on the inside. The rooms are basic but clean and the food is edible but not great. It is warm and there is a pleasant bar area. I did not use the leisure facilities but saw them and they appeared small.

We are from Serbia so we knew that this hotel is not at the prime location for skiing but, nevertheless, we went there since all hotels were booked in the middle of February.

The things that annoyed me were:
We were there for five days (in the renovated part of the hotel ) and they didn't have a free ski box for us. Since it is forbidden to walk in ski boots in the hotel that implicated that we needed to walk in our socks to the lobby and then put our ski boots on.
Okay, that would not be a problem but every time we came back from the skiing we would have to explain to guy at the door why are going in the lobby with our boots on.

A cleaning lady was washing the stairs at 8 am every morning at the same time when breakfast starts. I don't see why they couldn't clean the stairs 15 minutes earlier.

Breakfast was ok (buffet) but dinner (you have to pick between two dishes they offer) a little salad, sometimes bread from breakfast and something they call cake.

One evening, at the bar in the lobby, we ordered some drinks and one of the glasses was very dirty. We told that to the waitress and she just took that drink and poured it in another (clean) glass!

Didn't personally check but we were told from other quests that you have to pay 5€/day to use hotel ski slope (300-400m)

Since location of hotel is 15km from Kopaonik center we were told that hotel has a bus that drives you there. This information is also on a hotels web site. When we asked about that bus, at hotel reception, they told us that engine of the mini bus is frozen and they can not drive us there. (Note to the manager: you work in the primarily ski resort hotel - one would expect that you would be prepared for the winter!!?)

Waitresses in the lobby bar were uninterested to do their jobs.

Pros:
The rooms were clean and warm. They changed towels every day. Pepperoni pizza in the lobby bar was excellent.

We booked this hotel because booking.com stated it's located right in the center of Kopaonik ski resort. However, when we arrived we realized it takes 30 minutes by car to get to Kopaonik center ski lifts. We have met there 2 Russians and 2 English who were also misguided by booking and thought they're going to live in the center of ski resort. They've fixed it now and show the proper hotel location, but still my advice is, don't trust blindly and double check hotel location! Book this hotel only if you're more than sure you're going to the right place.

Hotel states they have shuttle bus to Kopaonik center for just 1.5 Euro, but we never had a chance to use it. The day we arrived lady at reception told us all their visitors are traveling by car, so they aren't using their bus because of this reason. She offered us a taxi instead which was 20 euro. The next day she told us all seats in their 1.5 Euro shuttle are booked and they don't have any space for us, and offered a taxi again. We noticed that taxi driver takes 20 euro from foreigners and less from locals who speak Serbian.

I made a hotel shuttle reservation in advance for the next day because I didn't plan to spend additional money on taxi. But on the third day of our stay I nearly became hysterical when she told us their bus isn't going to Kopaonik because of bad weather conditions (it was snow storming all night).

We planned to snowboard all days long, but found ourselves trapped in this hotel far away from Kopaonik slopes with nothing to do inside, and nowhere to go outside. I felt our vacation was ruined, and I've never felt so terrible on any vacation before. We had a taxi again, but this time it took us 2.5 hours (!!) to get to the slopes (because the shortest 30-minute road was closed), and then 2.5 hours back to the hotel.

Instead of riding snowboards we appeared to be riding a taxi all day long, which is not the funniest thing to do on vacations. So what we did is phoned other hotels in the Kopaonik center, found a good one, made an early check out from this Junior and headed to another one, which was right next to ski lifts.

So just to sum things up:
– They offer buffet breakfast which is quite okay for 1.5 euro
– Lobby restaurant "where you can taste wonderful local and international delicacies" is very bad. There were different pizzas and sandwiches which I normally call fast-food rather than delicacy. I was really suffering from the lack of good food.
– Lobby bar is okay and offer wide variety of all kinds of drinks.
– Sleeping quality is good, comfortable bed and good sound isolation, we didn't hear what was going on in neighboring rooms
– Wi Fi is for additional price (300 dinars/24 hours)
– They have a number of basketball/football playgrounds outside (which are kind of useless during winter days)
– They have also a small private ski slope which was closed during our stay
– There's a small shop inside the hotel where you can buy chocolates, water, souvenirs and some random stuff
– Nowhere to go outside: there are no stores, cafes or places of interest in walking distance
– Junior hotel isn't that bad itself, just never ever stay here if you plan to snowboard/ski in Kopaonik.
