The hotel is new; as far as I know it was opened in 2011. Everything's new, the furniture, too, only in my impression it is of lower quality when compared to that in the Grand hotel where I have also stayed. You can see some of the things in my photos. The room was nice, the only setback being the tilted wall above the bed which can result in your constantly hitting your head against it (it's not something you can get used to in your everyday life). You adjust the heating of the room by means of a thermostat, which can be very convenient.
As for the meals, I think that during the season you dine in the hotel restaurant whereas if you stay there out of season when they do not have that many guests, you eat your meals in the hotel's cafe. The package is BB and if you decide to pay 9 euros extra for dinner, it will be brought to you from the traditional restaurant across the road. The food was nice and the service ok; they could be faster though.
The spa zone is nice; it doesn't have a swimming pool, but the jacuzzi (which was included in the price) was great! The only thing I would change is to have reservations out of the main season, too, because this kind of policy (we don't have many guests) can get you waiting for your time in the desired zone of the spa. It's not very far from the centre of Kopaonik, a 5-minute-drive to it. The nature is stunning. We had a nice rest there. I do recommend it.
