We stayed in the idyllically placed log cabin in June. Despite the rain we had a really peaceful and gentle break; waking up to the amazing view, the sheep, the babbling brook, ...... the cabin was "small but perfectly formed" and had everything we needed. The owners were helpful, informative and welcoming - and the fresh milk and tea and biscuits waiting for us were much appreciated. There is a great (if expensive) pub twenty minutes walk away and the village is about thirty minutes in the opposite direction. Both are accessed via the Orbital Trail which is clearly marked and dry underfoot - perfect for an easy walk. There is a lovely coffee/craft shop in the village and a more-than-adequate late night co-op a 10 minute drive away. A trip to Glenfinnan is a must if you are in the area.

We stayed four nights in the Bidean Ecocabin. The cabine is very comfortable, well-equipped (all you need to cook) and perfectly located to explore the area. The views from the terrace is fantastic! We would definetly come back the next time we travel to the Highlands.
