Description: The exquisite flavours you will encounter at Zayka (meaning taste) are unlike anything you will have experienced before. Our authentic, Punjabi-style cuisine is meticulously prepared by one of the most talented Indian chefs in the UK and our unique combinations of food are certain to enchant even the most sophisticated palates. If you appreciate first class service, you can look forward to being pampered from the minute you walk through the door. You'll also find the ambience of the restaurant just as delightful as the food - the modern decor and contemporary furnishings help to make every visit a truly memorable occasion.

Lovely Indian meal here which is a far cry from your normal Curry House. We booked a table for 8-30 on a Friday evening and had a table upstairs by the window which was an added bonus. Food was excellent and the service excellent too. The Indian beer is bottled rather than draught and the background music is Indian to add to the ambiance although I am personally not in favour of piped music.

THE perfect Indian cuisine! I have recently moved to the area and this restaurant soon became a favourite with my family and myself and friends who often visit! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and the presentation and fresh ingredients make an evening out for dinner here extra special. I cannot recommend enough!

This little restaurant was recommends to us by a friend as being good for special occasions. It is quite an intimate place with a smaller menu than we are used to but everything is beautifully presented with delicious flavours that aren't smothered by the curry sauces. The owner and chef came out to make sure we were happy and had a plesant chat with us. We were here for our anniversary and it was perfect. A lovely area too. Highly recommended. Smart casual clothing advised.

We have recently returned from a week's holidays in Whaley Bridge and discovered Zayka on our first day. It was so good we returned for another meal before we left. I'm just sorry that it's not nearer to where we live as we would definitley be regular visitors. The food was all exceptional, as was the presentation and the service. We regularly eat Indian food and can honestly say that we have not tasted better. Highly recommended.

Great food with great presentation. Its refreshing to have simple dishes done well with good quality ingredients other than the mass produced gloopy sauces you get at most. The presentation is excellent with the flavour beating all Indians i have previously had. Although not spicy this is in line with traditional Indian cuisine rather than the typical Vindaloo and hotter competition we often find in the UK but this did not mean it lacked flavour. The only suggestion i would make would be to increase the meat in the portions.

A little pricy but you can easily pay the same price in Rusholme for mass produced gloopy sauce, and we would much rather support the local business. Thanks for a lovely evening!
