Very comfortable accommodation, good location in village with it's facilities of pubs, fish and chip shop, co op, Tesco's etc all within easy reach. We appreciated the welcome pack that the owner left for us on arrival. There is a lovely park in Whaley bridge itself with a children's play area and walks around the park on tarmac paths. Would happily book again.

Very disappointed with your comments!! We have never had any complaints about the cleanliness of the cottage in the 3 years we have been renting Honeysuckle cottage. We arrived within 10 minutes of you ringing us about your issues and we thought we had left having resolved your concerns. Glad you enjoyed your wine and the chocolates!! Karen & John.

“Looking forward to our next visit.”

An enjoyable 4 days the weather was atrocious but we did everything we had planned. This cottage is very cosy in a central location, a good bus service trains too, shops and the chip shop almost next door.

“A very nice stay at Honeysuckle Cottage in Whaley Bridge”
Reviewed 3 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We had a very good time in your cottage. It feld like home!
There was much to do in the neighbourhood.
By train to Manchester, in fourty minutes. Nice walks in the Peak District and the pretty villages.
We visited LymePark and Quarry Bank Mill (both NT).
There were several shops around the corner and two minutes by car, there is a Tesco.

“Excellent Holiday Cottage”
Reviewed 9 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

A little gem in Whaley Bridge and I found little or no need to use the car once parked up. Walks on the doorstep a thriving little friendly town and a welcoming well equipped cottage all made for an excellent break Many Many Thanks!!

“Great cottage in a lovely location.”
Reviewed 23 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

The location of the cottage is brilliant, just a minutes walk from the local canal and several other walks. The cottage had everything we needed, a real home from home and a welcome pack, bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival were a very nice touch which we appreciated. We visited some really nice places including Chestnut Centre (animal park), which was fantastic, Castleton, Fernilee reservoir and Buxworth Basin. The village had some lovely pubs, our favourite being The Goyt Inn, which was just a minutes walk round the corner as well as a fantastic chip shop which was also just round the corner. Will definitely visit again!
