“Real Cornish Cottage ”
Reviewed 27 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

My wife and I stayed here for a 3 night short break in February. Very cosy cottage with everything required. Centrally located in Perranuthnoe literally 3 minute walk to the pub/restaurant and 5 minutes to the beach and coastal path. Great walks on the doorstep. Two cafés in the village as well as the Victoria Inn. We also eat at the Falmouth Packet in Rosudgeon which I heartily recommend.

“Wonderful holiday”
Reviewed 2 June 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We stayed in Littlecot for a week at the end of May and cannot rate this property highly enough. The cottage itself is lovely, it is really cosy and has everything you could need despite its small size! Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. We especially enjoyed the little outdoor seating area which catches the morning sun.

Perranuthnoe is a brilliant place to stay and a great base to explore Cornwall from. The village itself has a lovely beach, two great cafes (which both do amazing cakes!) and a really good pub! Beautiful walks along the coast to St Michaels Mount and Prussia Cove. Already looking forward to our next visit.

“Great little cottage for a late autumn break.”
Reviewed 3 November 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thanks Jayne for making our last minute decision to stay at Little Cot so easy! Very comfy bed, powerful shower, well equipped small kitchen area and beautiful sunsets.... Perfect as a place to stay if you want a short stroll down to the beach or to cafés, craft shops and the local pub in the village. Good base for walking along the coastal paths to St Michael's Mount and only a short car ride to park at St Erth station to catch the train to St Ives. We did park outside the cottage, however, in summer you probably would need to unload your car and then park it at the cottage garage (a very short walk away). It was ideal for the two of us and we look forward to staying again.

“lovely little hideaway”

Lovely little cottage and very clean. There are just a few things that it lacks that would otherwise have made it perfect. 1. Coat hooks as you enter the cottage would be really handy especially if they are wet. 2. Bedside tables - one one each side, we had to improvise and borrow a lamp from downstairs. Something small the size of a winebox would do the job. 3. Somewhere in the bathroom to put your toothbrushes and (if you're a man that wet shaves) your razor and shaving brush. As I say, these are minor niggles in what was otherwise a lovely place to stay.

“Small but Well Formed”

We found Littlecot by fluke when looking for a last minute rental.

We pulled up at 3pm on the Saturday and located the key which was just where we were told it would be. Jayne had been very responsive on email so I wasn't surprised.

Littlecot is in the heart of Perranuthnoe - a three minute walk from the pub, and five minutes from the two cafes and the beach. Just be aware that the beach is only there during low tide.

The cottage is small but well equipped and very comfortable.

Downstairs you will find a small kitchen - both the electric hob and over/grill were stored and could be pulled out when needed. We never needed them so I don't know how well they did or didn't work. There was a kettle, microwave, fridge and toaster - all of which worked well. There were limited dishes and kitchen utensils. They did the trick although I would have liked a larger knife than the tiny paring knife and the break knife.

The television worked well as did the wifi. With two comfortable chairs as well as the table and two chairs downstairs was very comfortable indeed. Plenty of cleaning supplies as well as a hoover and an iron and ironing board.

Upstairs the bed room was nicely furnished. There was a spare duvet under the bed.

The bathroom was tiny to say the least. I am short and not too big so it was fine. I would not have wanted to be tall!! Lots of hot water and a great shower. Remember to bring your own towels as they are not provided.

A lovely spot for a week with a loved one.

“Small but perfectly formed”
Reviewed 7 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

I loved staying at Littlecot. It's a tiny little cottage but didn't feel cramped, just cosy. It was imaginatively laid out to make the best use of the one room downstairs as kitchen/dining room/lounge with the hob even unplugging and going away into a draw. Lovely and quiet and away from the hustle bustle of Marazion but easy to walk to St Michaels Mount over the cliffs. We had our 5 year old daughter with us and made her a little bed next to ours upstairs which was perfect. Thanks for a lovely stay.
