What an amazing experience, an afternoon at Fletcher's Spa was a truly wonderful experience the staff are wonderful very friendly and helpful and the treatments very relaxing. We spent the night in one of the Lodges which are fantastic totally equipped with everything you will need for your stay, the food in the Clubhouse was brilliant and although I am not a golfer I would love to return and repeat the experience.

Spent a weekend with family and friends recently at Archerfield house. What a place! Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. I can honestly say the trip to the spa provided a massage of the highest quality. Dinner on Saturday for a large group was excellent. And when we eventually appeared for breakfast the following morning, a sumptious breakfast awaited. A round of golf finished off the weekend nicely.
So close to Edinburgh-but soo far away

We stayed for two nights (22 23 August) in the Pavillions. The size of the rooms and the decor made this a special couple of days. Golf (on the Dirleton and then on Gullane) added to the experience.

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the freedom of walking around the estate. It was a fantastic experience and worth every penny!

We had a meal at nearby Greywalls which was superb. We found the meals at the club house okay.

The staff are very helpful and friendly which is perfect as the Pavillions are extremely private and the staff will give you the necessary guidance to be independent.

Archerfield is a golf resort on the east coast of Scotland. On arrival you drive through beautifully manicured grounds past the impressive coach houses and original Georgian Archerfield property and on to the log cabins another 500 yards the spa complex and finally the clubhouse.Colonial in the style. The uniformed doormen greet you from the car and escort you to reception, once in, you could be in Florida,Africa or the Deep South. The Clubhouse includes, reception, shops, function and meeting rooms. At the rear the Lounge,Bar and dinning room look out through archways to the course and wild grasses, stunning. The chauffeur driven SUV takes you to the coach house suites, each beautifully equipped lounge area, dinning space and a clever kitchenette hidden in an armoire. The bathroom includes separate shower, claw foot slipper tub and the thickest robes and towels.I forgot to mention the welcome pack of light breakfast, fruit,t&c,wine and soft drinks.Decor was sumptuous and inviting.Wall mounted plasma, with Sky tv complimentary wifi completed this great apartment.

Room Tip: The coach house suites are just delightful

Stayed here for our tenth wedding anniversary on 22nd Aug. grounds breathtaking, room in the pavillion, first class, best we have ever stayed in ! Could not believe things could get any better, then we had a spa treatment. Most serene spa we have ever been to, and we've been to quite a few. The staff in the spa, especially the wonderful woman who greeted us and met our every need, throughout our time.

As part of a two town break for our anniversary, the Archerfield came out a clear winner, we didn't want to leave, and we can't wait to go back.
As soon as our friends saw the pictures, & how much we loved it, they booked up straight away for the September weekend.

Keep up the amazing work, the gardener must be one of the best in the world.

Room Tip: Stay in the pavilion rooms, if booking a spa deal break, book treatments for the next day, to prolon...

I took 10 friends here for a birthday treat and I have to say it did not disappoint. The weekend we chose was the busiest as it happened to be the ladies open for golf. However the staff were very well prepared. We started the day with a breakfast in the clubhouse which was yummy then went over to the spa where we had treatments booked. This I have to say was excellent Kirsty was fab and made us so welcome, the back massage is a must. After our treatments we made our way to the 2 lodges. This was another experience they were well stocked with everything from snacks to washing up liquid. We had a reservation for dinner which again was also lovely (the fish and chips were excellent). Everyone had a superb time and my friends left with happy smiles on their faces. We will return very soon to experience "The Wonderful World of Archerfield.

Room Tip: The lodges had the most comfortable beds and pillows that you just sank your head into.

Booked the house and pavilions for a wedding blessing celebration and have to say the staff at Archerfield made our visit memorable to say the least.

Check in was as smooth as silk with staff always at hand to take luggage to the rooms. We had room 4 which was enormous with its own separate living room. The room itself was beutifully appointed and included a fully stocked bar as did all other bedrooms within the property. Have to say this is some of the best accommodation we have ever stayed within.

Following the wedding blessing ceremony we all convened in the main drawing room, which is breathtaking, for pre-dinner drinks. All drinks by the way are included within the package for the duration of the stay.

Dinner was of an extremely high standard and not one person could fault it.

As previous reviewers have said the kitchen is always open for snacks at any time of the day, that is if you get hungry.

Overall a magnificent resort which we cannot recommend enough. Would love to do it all over again.
