“Great accomodation in one of the most beautiful places in Scotland”

The Puffin Place was a unique and lovely place to stay while I was visiting family in Scotland. Not only is the accommodation itself recently beautifully decorated and well looked after, the location is perfect. The value for money here is astounding.

The property has everything you would need for a week or weekend away. It is also located right next to the harbour (with stunning views out over the Forth). Lots of things to do here. Our favourites included the coastal walks and local galleries as well as the Secret Bunker which is an old war bunker which is now a tourist attraction. Very interesting for kids and adults alike. Not to forget the famous chip shops of the East Neuk, this is a must for your stay.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely return.

This is a great place for a long weekend or a week, right next to the harbour and lots of walks on the shoreline with great things to do and see. The price is fantastic, I have paid more for a weekend in some places. Linda and Steve make you feel really welcome and can help with suggestions for things to do with or without kids. There is a great smoke house in St Monans where they seem to smoke anything that is edible and all tastes great. There are plenty local shops and the famous fish and chip restaurant in Pittenweem, make sure you ask Linda and Steve which one :-) Although there is a fully equipped kitchen to make things yourself with the fresh produce form the land and sea in this area of Scotland.
This is a great location for golf to with many courses including St Andrews all nearby and the accommodation has plenty room for storage of club sets and trolleys etc.
We cant recommend this place highly enough for comfort friendliness and don't leave the mut at home the dogs love this place with loads of beach coastlines to walk and run freely.
