Our dinner at Romora Bay was wonderful and had all the right ingredients:
Music - Live music by the Brilanders (6-8pm Sunday - Thursday) set a great mood with smooth island tunes.
Atmosphere - Dinner outside by the marina at night was the perfect backdrop to a delicious...
Meal - For a salad I had the grilled shrimp with apples and walnuts over mixed greens. The greens were dark and the apples crisp. This was a refreshing and light start to the meal. For the main I had the catch of the day which was blackened grouper. Grouper is one of my favourite fish and the blackened grouper at Romora Bay is the best tasting grouper I ever remember eating. Add a cold beer to wash everything down and you have just about the perfect meal.
