“Conch Salad To Die For”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

When on Harbour Island you must try Queen Conch for there Conch Salad. However, beware, it is spicy hot. The medium will light you up. Good suggestion from a previous reviewer, get a beer or two across the street to help with the heat. Remember, when in the Bahamas, your on "Island Time", so don't be in a hurry for anything, your on vacation, chill.

“Friendly service, amazing conch salad, byob”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

I thought I had enjoyed the best conch salad ever at Chat n Chill in the Exumas until I dined at Queen Conch a couple weeks ago. Simply the best. I went back twice and tried the special mango conch salad too. Delicious. As other reviewers have said, bring your own beer or simply walk across the street to the package store and buy some Kaliks.

The curry snapper is also amazing as well as the conch fritters. The service is very friendly, some of the happiest smiles on the island. Wish I were back here right now. Thanks Queen Conch!

“Conch Salad”
Reviewed 5 May 2014

All of their food is very good, but the conch salad is what people go there for. Get a beer next door and enjoy a great Bahama lunch. Oh and they are usually busy, so be patient.

“An Absolute Must!”
Reviewed 30 April 2014

It's been said before, but the conch salad is absolutely the best! We sat and watched them cut up all the fresh ingredients and make our salad. She then asked if we wanted mild, medium or hot - now we love spicy food, but we thought we'd start with medium and go from there. It's a good thing we did as it had just the right bite to it. This truly is an experience you don't want to miss! Delicious!

“Best Conch Salad on Planet”
Reviewed 12 April 2014

This was our favorite spot to grab lunch. How much conch salad can you eat in a week? Not enough. Who knew? The sour oranges, fresh conch plunked from the ocean beyond the conch shack, mixed up with peppers, tomatoes, onions, a long squeeze of lemon, a careful dab of hot sauce and you are on your way. Eat there or take it to the beach. Grab a few cold Kaliks from the liquor store across the street (3 for $5.00.) And life is good. Haven't stop craving this. Thank you Queen Conch for chopping up this heavenly mix of sea and land each day for 18 years. Didn't know it was open at night, too. Probably a good thing because I never would have gone anywhere else.
