The Blue Bar is beautifully positioned overlooking the breathtaking Pink Sands Beach and is at the front of Pink Sands Hotel at Harbour Island. My friend and I were greeted by Mark Kitchen, the hotel manager and later by the excellent chef. We had first class Mojitos, followed by delicious coconut shrimps, chicken caesar salads and spring rolls. Don't forget the superb sweet-potato fries! The menu is extensive and reasonably priced for Harbour Island. Look out for Toya, the effervescant waitress - she will make your visit memorable with her humour and attention to detail.
