“Our daughter loved the animals”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 October 2013

Looking for attractions in Norfolk that would keep our 15month old daughter interested for an afternoon, we stumbled across a flyer for Hillside.

Very reasonably priced to get in, there were plenty of rescued animals to see once inside and lots for our daughter and us to do. There is lots of room to roam about and it was good to see the animals being so well cared for after the distress that many of them have had to endure prior to being rescued.

The shop is well stocked & there is an on-site vegan cafe with delicious cakes. You also have the opportunity to adopt one of the animals during your visit and that way you can help the sanctuary keep going and rescuing even more animals.

All in all a very enjoyable afternoon for all the family & you are doing some good with your money too!

“Hillside's West Runton Sanctuary”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 October 2013

We have been supporting Hillside for a while now & thought we'd better pay a visit. It's cheap to get in £6 per adult & there are many rescued animals on show. They all have plenty of room to roam & are very well cared for.
It's a lovely day out & is raising money for a good cause, the shop has many well priced nick nacks & there id a cafe too.
If your in the Norfolk area treat yourself to a visit, you won't be disappointed.

“realy lovely animal sanctuary”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 September 2013

I am a supporter of hillside animal sanctuary, I do like to go and visit the place at least once per year, I am never ever dissapointed , its such a lovely place, they rescue all the animals that are there, they work so hard to raise funds for the animals, they love all the animals there you can tell by the way they are with the animals and the amount of work they put into the sanctuary, its a lovely place to spend the day, you can sit and have picnics, you can have a snack at the cafe they have on site, its a beautifull place in a beautifull setting, the animals there are so lucky to have such a beautifull place called home and staff that realy love them so much, its a well worth supporting hillside animal sanctuary, you can sponser animals for £10 per year for each animal, I sponser lots of animals there, I sponser one for myself the rest for friends and family members, go and visit this animal sanctuary you will have a great day out enjoyed by all!
