My son and I experienced the Llama walk as part of a free activity day held at Salcey Forest, hence the 5 star value for money as we didn't pay! The animals themselves and the walk were delightful, but unfortunately my son found the lady who was overseeing a little intimidating. She spent much of the time sternly telling us about what we shouldn't do with the animals and as my son is a natural worrier, he was concerned he was doing something wrong and I ended up walking the Llama instead. Whilst I appreciate that the well-being of the animals has to be paramount, considering that the activity day was aimed at children I felt the messages could gave been delivered a little less harshly. A shame, considering that the experience itself was lovely and very worthwhile.
