Travelling back from a morning out at the Wolf Conservation, we decided to stop at The Old Boot for a bit of dinner (lunch).
Although the sat nav wasn't as accurate with the inn being away from where it said it would be, I though this was a great establishment!
Arriving just after 12, we were one of the first ones to eat for that day. The barman, who was the waiter as well, was very friendly and helpful. We ordered drinks and sat down by the open fire which gave the pub a great feel about it and a homely environment.
After ordering food, the barman/waiter brought the food out very quickly; the food was incredible! The starters, breaded brie, was delicious and could have had it for a main course aswell! I had the tikka masala for a main course which was lovely too; the tikka sauce was a bit watery but still delicious food!
Reasonably priced and great surroundings. Would definitely come here again ):
