Have been twice to this restaurant. Once for the seven-course meal with wine-pairings, and once for the Sunday Brunch with family. Both were excellent. Out of the ordinary, the resto is in Wendake, a Huron Indian reserve. Fish and game meants prepared in traditional manner are delicious. Sauces use berries and other flavourings found in the wild, pair well and create unexpected taste-sensations. Wine parings are well suited and innovative. Several were imported by the resto and can't be bought at the liquor store. What a disappointment - we'll have to go back to taste them again! Brunch has traditional fare, plus Huron specialities. Go for the unusual - you won't regret. Brunch at $25 is excellent value and a good way to get to know the resto.
