Four generations loved it, on a weekend celebrating my (impending) 70th birthday. The views of the beach are entrancing, and change every minute with the tides and the weather. Grandchildren loved their bunks, the hot tub, and trying to stop the sea wrecking their huge sand mound. Adults loved the impeccably planned interior. Expensive, yes, but much better value than a hotel. All the bedrooms are individually delightful; the two with a front balcony are perfection.

We have just returned (15 of us, family group, aged 6 to 78) from a fantastic week in the Angmering on Sea Beach House. Everything about the house was perfect... from the text from Victoria on the morning we were due to arrive, the lovely welcome we got from her on arrival and then to the stay itself. The location was just fantastic, the views from the one-way glass amazing: soothing, amusing, interesting depending on what was going on outside. The beach was perfect for kite-flying, walking, paddling, swimming (once or twice!) and rockpooling at low tide. The hot tub a hit with the kids (and adults on occasion!). The kitchen soooo easy to keep clean and tidy. The beds comfortable. The decor inspiring. And it was all so clean! We had so much fun, and each time we had a 'day out', we all just wanted to hurry back to sit and sip wine on the terrace, and watch the world go by, and remind ourselves how lucky we were to be able to stay in somewhere as truly stunning as the Angmering on Sea Beach House!

Amazing house in fantastic location - a truly perfect place to celebrate a Golden Wedding Anniversary. The website looks great but reality manages to surpass it - a very special place to which we would all love to return. Many thanks

We stayed here for a long weekend and were totally blown away at the size, features and facilities of the guesthouse. It's a great place to relax and unwind with friends in a small and friendly coastal town.

Thirteen of us stayed here for my fortieth birthday weekend having seen an article in Tatler magazine on a BA flight. If you have ever stayed in a more beautiful house then you are lucky indeed - when up walk through the front door into a massive open plan space the far wall which looks out onto the beach has a huge wide window that presents the most stunning panoramic view of the beach that it really feels as if you are looking into a painting. The house being at an angle to the beach is what makes it I think. the decor is stunning - lots of whites and off whites with owners who clearly have an eye for detail. You will never run out of cutlery, crockery or glassware during your stay, nor places to sit, cook or clean (two top of the range Miele washing machines). Angmering is a,lovely beach to stroll along and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather, but the house is so large that thirteen people can all find their own space. Fantastic with a 10am checkout and the teams cleaners waiting outside at 950 unnecessarily intimidating the only gripes at all

This house is a great place to stay to get away from it all with a large group of friends.
The staff were very helpful, the facilities were great, plenty of crockery for a large get together and lots of car parking space.

The rooms are very tastefully decorated, there is lots of extra bedding and kitchen stuff so you don't need to bring anything.

The only issue we had was a power failure in a part of the house late in the evening. But this did not impact us.
I'd definately recommend this house for a large group to stay in and still have a bit of space and privacy.
