What a great house set on the beach which is seriously well kited out. Beautifully furnished in a Boston style. Bags of room for entertaining. Good sized Bedrooms and a great Kitchen which is well equipped..... A must have if you want a big house on the Sea... Definitely going back..

We stayed at this property with friends to celebrate my husband's 50th Birthday. Our friends had no idea where they were coming to stay. To see their faces on entering the house was priceless. The house is outstanding in every way. The beachside position is breathtaking particularly the view from the bedrooms which are all beautifully presented and decorated with great attention to detail. The open plan living area is stunning with the panoramic windows over the beach and ideal for a large group of friends to enjoy. We long to return.

Stayed for the weekend as a civalised hen weekend house out of this world pictures show beauty but every room stunning and unique meaning everyone got a special bedroom no one feeling like they didnt get the best room. bunk room that sleeps four is big enough to sleep four adults and they are doublebed bunks which was fine. Hot tub perfect views amazing. lots of information given by staff re local facilities and activities. Every cupboard or door revealed something new. Definatley would reccomend and will definatley be back. Thank you to all staff and owner.

7 couples stayed at the Angmering Beach House for a long weekend in early October and we had a total blast.
The house is quite stunning and everything was laid on/organised as planned by Victoria who was brilliant. Our mates were well impressed with the sheer quality and scale of the house which worked perfectly for this size group.
A few tips/thoughts would be that Jane Bellinger was fantastic for the Saturday evening catering (quality food, jointly pre planned and very decent prices), combining with Fontwell races worked well, the Lamb in Angmering village was great for an evening meal and the indian (Reema?) in the local shops was really good and only 10 mins walk away.
All in all, nothing to complain abut at all, the weekend was all we could have hoped for and the sun shone brightly for us as well.

Four generations loved it, on a weekend celebrating my (impending) 70th birthday. The views of the beach are entrancing, and change every minute with the tides and the weather. Grandchildren loved their bunks, the hot tub, and trying to stop the sea wrecking their huge sand mound. Adults loved the impeccably planned interior. Expensive, yes, but much better value than a hotel. All the bedrooms are individually delightful; the two with a front balcony are perfection.

We have just returned (15 of us, family group, aged 6 to 78) from a fantastic week in the Angmering on Sea Beach House. Everything about the house was perfect... from the text from Victoria on the morning we were due to arrive, the lovely welcome we got from her on arrival and then to the stay itself. The location was just fantastic, the views from the one-way glass amazing: soothing, amusing, interesting depending on what was going on outside. The beach was perfect for kite-flying, walking, paddling, swimming (once or twice!) and rockpooling at low tide. The hot tub a hit with the kids (and adults on occasion!). The kitchen soooo easy to keep clean and tidy. The beds comfortable. The decor inspiring. And it was all so clean! We had so much fun, and each time we had a 'day out', we all just wanted to hurry back to sit and sip wine on the terrace, and watch the world go by, and remind ourselves how lucky we were to be able to stay in somewhere as truly stunning as the Angmering on Sea Beach House!
