“Well equipped gite in perfect location”
Reviewed 19 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Set on the edge of town with the peace and quiet of the countryside but with the amenities of the town within walking distance, a perfect introduction to France for those who haven't ventured there before.

Enjoyed hearing the birds singing whilst sitting out on the patio and easy drives to many things that Normandy has to offer including cider producers, markets, historic buildings and churches. The local people are very friendly and tourist information staff all spoke good english.

Enjoyed Domfront (don't miss the modern church!), Mont St Michel and the market at St Hillaire.

“Lovely confortable and homely cottage for any family or couple, well worth a visit!!!”

La Croix Crespin is a beautiful cottage, very comfortable and homely. Plenty of space and a lovely view looking out onto the fields, great for a couple or a family. Had a lovely week in Mortain, lots to do in the area as well as the town itself, well worth a look around the WWII Allies Commemorations and some good restaurants down in the town.
