The location was perfect (the view at breakfast was amazing) and the couple who run the place couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating (the lady even give me a lift when I was unable to book a taxi).

Personable and friendly proprietors. Clean and spacious rooms. What more could you ask for?

Me and my family stayed with Marilyn and Roger in two rooms for 3 nights this August. Rooms spotless, comfy beds, amazing views from the new conservatory dining looking out over Tamar valley to Plymouth.
Breakfast like a king they say well you do at St Ann`s Cottage, this kept us going till the obligatory cream tea in the afternoon.
If you want genuine Cornish hospitality then stay at St Ann`s Cottage.

Room Tip: All rooms en suite and of same standard so spoilt for choice.

Without a doubt, the best of this B&B are its hosts. Marilyn & Roger are just one of the best hosts we have stayed with. Really helpful and keen on making recommendations on places to visit/eat.
House is charming and the breakfast area has some stunning views.
We stayed in a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Very spacious room. Felt a bit humid and cold at times, specially at night. Wardrobe available and fairly big bathroom.
Depending on the areas of Cornwall you want to visit the location of the B&B might not be ideal and would need to rely on driving quite a lot (ca. 1.15h to go to St Michael's Mount, for example. Same time to go to Fowey).
