We arrived here after a long day travelling on a charity motorbike trip and were grateful for the friendly and very quick check-in.
The room was warm and comfortable; nice double bed, TV, sofa, tea/coffee, etc. It wasn't amazingly clean but it wasn't horrid either. We paid about £45 for the room, so we got a decent room for the price we paid.
Check-out next day was equally friendly and quick. We can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it.
Great value for money and a comfortable stay.

We were delighted with this hotel, from which we went to the Waddington Airshow - conveniently just 8 miles away. It is set in an out of town industrial estate so very quiet at night. Like most reviewers, we loved the bed; it was extremely comfortable and the bed linen was lovely and crisp. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. The bathroom was quite large and the shower was refreshing.
We had breakfast and the bacon and sausages were of excellent quality so it got us off to a good start and at £8 was good value.
We ate in the 'Pride of Lincoln' restaurant just a step away from the hotel and were surprised by how good the food was. There was a Frankie and Bennys about 100yds away as well.
Must mention the wonderful House Martins who had made the hotel eaves their home! Their flying skills were much to be admired.
We will definitely return next year when we visit the airshow once again.

We stayed at this hotel last night before visiting the air show at nearby RAF Waddington this morning. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised (we had not stayed at an Ibis hotel before) the hotel was modern, clean and tidy. The room was a very good size and the bed was an excellent king-size – unfortunately it was “hard as a rock” and we got virtually no sleep.
We do appreciate that the firmness of a bed is a matter of taste but we have NEVER slept on a hotel bed as hard as this, and we travel away from home at least once a month so have stayed in many hotels up and down the country.
Sorry Ibis but I am afraid we will not be booking into one of your hotels again.

We stayed at the Ibis Lincolm recently and although it is listed as a budget hotel it certainly is an extremely good quality hotel with all that a traveller needs
The only thing I would say bad about it is it is 11 is out of Lincolm so you demo need ab car if intending to stay there
