“One of the few places in Ao Nang with foreign beers”
Reviewed 1 February 2014

A bit hidden up a road when coming from the beach, but worth a visit for their Irish style pub, the beers and the live music

“An Irish gal travelling with us said ...”
Reviewed 27 January 2014

An Irish gal travelling with us joked that her people are taking over the world -- not by invasion but by infestation of Irish Pubs. LOL. Personally I find it comforting as whether you are in Thailand or Timbuktu that you'll happen upon the ubiquitous Irish Pub like The Irish Rover. Good ales and food and service it was a pleasure to come in here for a pint of Guinness. Cheers!

“Great little pub”
Reviewed 15 January 2014

Was told that this bar has a new owner from Italy... a little strange but still a great place for a drink, superb pies and burgers. Leo beer by the pint for 90 THB and a touch of live acoustic music. Thumbs up!

“Breakfast”
Reviewed 24 December 2013

Just had a full Irish/English breakfast which was the best I have had in Thailand to date. The tea was great, the sausages were real and not the processes rubbish you find in most establishments in Thailand. Additionally the portions were huge and the tea was Twinnings.....does not get much better!
