590 Thai Baht.
Double bed room with aircon, fan, hot shower, tv, fridge and swim pool.
You can't ask for more. In fact too cheap if you ask me. But the owner Andy gave us a good deal. We were a football team of 12.
The mansion is VERY close to entertainment area and beach.
Give it a chance.
We will return next year for sure
Thanks

i came to this hotel due to recommendation from a tuk-tuk driver.
Pros:
1)helpful & polite & smiling staff, big, clean, swimming pool,
2)Near Mother Marche (Grocery store), Macdonalds & 7-11
3)Good supply towels & toilet paper
4)Quiet at night (noisy in the day as there is next door renovation)
5)Nice owner (was willing to wait for payment after i enjoyed my day outside at the beach)

Cons:
1) some distance to beach (about 800m++)
2)No shelter from lobby to inside rooms so if it rains you need to use an umbrella to reach the lobby lol
3)TV signal is bad, the screen was blur so night time no entertainment
4)Wifi not good
5)Water Heater not consistent
6)Very noisy refrigerator (I had to switch it off to sleep at night)

Overall this hotel can be a star & gem if the owners make effort to improve to the short comings.

Room tip: Choose a room facing inside which is quieter

Stayed 4 nights. Very nice hotel with super staff. Cool, clean rooms and great pool. Nice garden, you can have breakfast with pool view at reasonable price. New towels and toilet paper every day (without asking, which is quite rare in this area) Strong WIFI everywhere in the hotel. We could leave our bags at the reception while waiting for the transfer for a few hours. Friendly, helpful and attentive owner. I absolutely recommend.

The hotel is a bit far from the beach (10 mins walking) but for the price it’s ok. It’s close to 7 eleven, family mart and a medium-size supermarket. On the way to the beach it’s full of restaurants.
The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a decent breakfast.
Rooms are clean, but unfortunately the beds are very hard, so I couldn’t sleep well while I was there. If you don’t mind hard beds, then this might be a good alternative for you.
