I visited Krabi 17 years ago, so I wanted to visit it again. I read at TripAdvisor some bad reviews on hotels in AuNang beach of Krabi, so I decided to take a more expensive hotel, that had relatively better reviews.
I was disappointed because the hotel management are missing something very important: service.
The setting is lovely, with cool pool side, and nice rooms, but once the maid forgot to place new towels, and once they forgot to renew the fruit basket (a point that was in our deal), and when we arrived teh mosquito screen (between the room and teh balcony) was out of its rail even though I asked ahead of time to ensure our room was functioning.
Breakfast was too simple, without any surprise.
The hotel has clea disadvantage of being a bit far from the beach, so I expected them to compensate by better service.
